The hotel was in good location, and was beautiful area, where you can find easily tram line. From hotel after 3-4 stop with tram you can arrive to metropolitan, and in opposite direction if you can go 3-4 stop there is a big shopping mall. The hotel was residential, first day when we go the room and everything was clean and nice,the balcony was so big, but we stay 10 days, and they don't clean anything if you don't pay extra for cleaning. So cleaning service I didn't like. And about food I don't know because we didn't ate there, because all day we was visiting the city and places.

定了五天的酒店，全款付的，飛機晚點，晚了兩天到達，半夜2點入住酒店，被告知房間滿了，實際上是我的房間被他們賣了沒有房間了，沒辦法想在大廳坐著等天亮才能辦理入住。結果保安不讓在大廳待著，把我轟走了。半夜流浪米蘭街頭，打車去了中央火車站，設計週期間，酒店家家都爆滿，問了能有五家酒店，終於有一家酒店可以入住。入住時已經凌晨4點多了，中午起床又來酒店辦入住，終於有了一間房，才給我辦理入住。期間我給訂房網站打電話關於退款，酒店不給退。訂房網站客服全程電話還是很友好的。

套間，很適合多人居住。也有小廚房，方便做飯吃。但是床似乎不太乾淨，睡了之後身上癢。需要注意一下。其他還是蠻方便的。

We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel and will not be recommending it to anyone. I asked for an extra pillow and was told to come back the next day as they had none available. When I asked again the following day, I was told there were no pillows at all—very frustrating and unprofessional. The listing states that staff speak English, but apart from one young man, no one else did, which made communication very difficult. Overall, the service and experience were disappointing.

設施較舊，需開窗台門，否則房間會有味道 衛生不過不失，需自行清理垃圾（每層也有垃圾房） 保安還好，房間隔音不錯，唯大門隔音較差 好處有廚房可自行煮食，酒店近超市買食物也方便

房間的空間真的不小.但是如果在意環境跟設施的話還是謹慎點.我們的房間設施很不好.燈是壞的.而且充電的地方完全是找不到的.衞生間環境很不好.

L'hotel mi è piaciuto molto, la camera è grande, la cucina ha tutto il necessario per cucinare. La stanza è pulita. Mi è piaciuto il parco interno, era tranquillo e suggestivo. Raggiungere l'hotel non è difficile, i trasporti sono regolari. La carta con chip non ha funzionato più volte, ma il problema è stato risolto rapidamente al momento del check-in. Il personale dell'hotel è attento e reattivo, grazie. Mi è piaciuto il soggiorno, la prossima volta che verrò a Milano voglio soggiornare di nuovo in questo hotel. Grazie

It is easy to commute from the hotel to Milan centre; it takes 5 minutes to the tram and around 30 minutes for the metro, which is very cheap. Also, it is very near the supermarket, which is so convenient.

Huge space, 2 rooms are seperated to share one toilet. Dining area at the common area. The place has automated system to warm up the place but sometime still a bit cold and their aircons are not inverter sytem do not heating.
