Booked to stay here with my 2 daughters very spacious and clean towels where available and the kitchen was equipped for everything needed only downside was no oven gloves/tea towels and I noticed that the plug in the kitchen didn't work and every now and then the cooker would 訂房網站 the electrics The worst part was getting hold off reception I rang about 7 times emailed and rang the bell to try and check out this morning and couldn't get an answer to find out how I check out and what to do with the keys

Pésimo el servicio, el hotel nunca se contactó conmigo para realizar el check in no me enviaron ni el un correo, tuve que llegar a Milán al hotel y esperar 2 horas fuera en el calor. No tenían servicio de recepcion, no me habían indicado ni el piso ni el número de habitación por más que haya realizado el pago.

沒有網絡，訂房網站服務很差，從入住第一天到第四天還沒有解決問題。沒有沐浴露洗髮水，沒有切菜的刀，砧板比碗小。最重要的是發現問題後讓訂房網站換酒店也不同意，退房也不同意，投訴無門啊。還沒有投訴房間在火車軌道邊上
