Pourrri, pourri, vraiment je conseille tout les voyageurs à faire attention à ce que vous acheter parcque cet hôtel a l’air u une sécurité, pas de change de serviette, des sangliers qui traîne dans l’hôtel. D ailleurs ce n est pas un hôtel c est une sorte d appart studio car les agences en ligne style 訂房網站.com nous a vendu soit disant des suites alors que y’a rien de tout ça . La pire expérience dans tout mes voyages. D’ailleurs j’ai décidé d arrêter de réserver avec 訂房網站 dorénavant car c’est des arnaqueur.

Casi todo muy bien menos la gestión de las toallas de la piscina y sobre todo que contratamos salir más tarde del hotel (12:00) por 30 euros, ya que salíamos el domingo de viaje y nos íbamos a acostar tarde para ir descansados y a las 10:00 nos estaba despertando una chica de la limpieza a la cuál no le habían dado órdenes de eso, y al llamar a recepción me dicen que no tienen constancia de que allá contratado ese servicio hasta que le digo que cuando vaya a entregar las llaves le enseño el cargo y en ese momento me dicen que efectivamente lo acaban de ver y que lo sienten, me devolvieron los 30 euros, pero lo que no me devolvieron es el descanso que me quitaron y el viaje tan cansado que tuve que hacer

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé ! Le personnel de l’hôtel était accueillant et très professionnel. Nous avons eu un upgrade de notre chambre et c’était satisfaisant 🙂. L’emplacement du Ressort est très bien si l’on est véhiculé, car il est situé entre Marbella - Fuengirola - Benalmádena et Malaga. Mais sans voiture vous risquez de beaucoup dépenser en Ubers même si les prix ne sont pas trop chers.

I didn’t even stay here. I wasn’t allowed a refund when Malaga was suffering extreme flooding at the time. I’m a solo traveler who couldn’t even get the the accommodation because Malaga had floods in the airport and water pouring in through train stations which were shut off. I have seen videos of the surrounding areas of this accommodation and it was suffering severely- to not be granted a refund because I couldn’t physically get there or want to stay in a place where I didn’t feel safe is shocking. I will be taking this further.

這家度假村在訂房網站上的圖片及介紹言過其實，雖説是度假村但令人無法接受的是該酒店不提供每天打掃房間和更換浴巾等洗漱用品，找客房服務下午6點後就沒人了，而這個時間客人才剛回到酒店，體驗感差極了。

Pour commencer à l aceuil trop de temps perdu il veulent savoir toute votre vie personnelle après il vous donne une carte du site qui est super grand on dois se débrouiller tout seul pour trouver son logement. j ai même vu des personnes en train de galérer pour trouver leur logement. il y’a une navette qui est disponible 1 fois sur2 et il faut ouvent l attendre pour se déplacer sur le site bref pour moi perso mauvaise expérience plus jamais … ( trop de pente à monter à pied pied )
