다음부터 호텔리뷰를 잘 읽어야겠다고 느꼈습니다. 영국 호텔 특징인지 잘 모르겠지만 객실 내 냉장고와 생수 제공이 되지 않았습니다. 건물이 오래 되서 그런지 창문이 소음차단이 잘 안되었고, 도로쪽 소음이 그대로 전달되었습니다. 실내도 먼지가 제거되지 않은 곳이 많았구요. 특히 라디에이터 쪽은 경악하겠더군요. 객실내 별도 온도 조절할 수 있는 장치가 없어서 냉/난방 조절이 어려웠습니다. 호텔 내 별도 슬리퍼도 별도 제공을 안해서 불편했습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 수영장이 있고, 수영장 내 사우나 시설이 있는 것과 잘 갖춰진 조식 식사는 마음에 들었습니다.

Perfect the staff were unbelievably nice and helpful offered a free drink on arrival helped us with any questions we had, room was lovely to be honest big tv with all Chanel’s you needed, clean and efficient nothing to complain about at all.

和學生公寓一步之遙，和孩子互動非常方便。入店離店手續超快，房間也很乾凈，很少有干擾。居住很滿意！

地理位置：算是比較鎮中的，步行到提賽德大學10分鐘以內的，步行到幾個超市七八分鐘，步行到火車站也是七八分鐘。 設施：應該是個舊的酒店，訂房網站的時間不太準。給我的房間沒看懂，標準間麼床有大有小。沒有洗漱用品。 衞生：真的有點差，第一天入住就覺得不那麼乾淨，有殘留毛髮。住了幾天，要麼不打掃，要麼忘了倒垃圾，要麼沒弄乾凈。 服務：算是比較差，打掃完不給水和小餅乾，衹能問前台要。最後一晚上的那個前台很差，讓我自己下去拿水，還説一個人住衹有一瓶。我説一瓶也沒放，邊上有位男士也説，沒放水也沒打掃。

Stayed one night because of the marathon the next day. The staffs were friendly and procedures like Checkin are convenient. Great location, close to the station and hotel. However, the inability of the air conditioner to heat up made the room less comfortable. But I stillI had a good rest here and set a PB in the race the next day, so it was a good stay overall.

Really nice place , brilliant value, clean rooms with nice bathroom products all the staff really pleasant helga on reception was lovely and the spa was a bonus with free towels and padlocks at the spa reception paid a lot more for a lot less great parking for £6 def use them again rooms are really well appointed , safe, iron hairdryer good amount of teas coffees and milk only minus is it could use a fridge

The hotel itself is located in the centre of the city, which is very convenient for travelling. Beware of the neighbourhood when it's dark out tho.
