非常爛，續住不詢問客人情況直接扣全款但不提供相關服務，停車位早飯游泳池洗衣房統統沒有但把費用扣了，提出異議也不處理，永遠衹回覆一句交易完成了不能退款，但卻能取消低價位的續住房費。總之開了幾十年的店什麼都爛，不如新開的好。

Really nice staff. However, the hotel itself is very old to be in business. I had stains in my room and molds all over the place. And had to change rooms three times for broken A/C and elevator is out as well. The staff are nice and trying their best but the building need some attention
