邁阿密海灘南海灘Moxy酒店 (Moxy Miami South Beach)

酒店很漂亮，頂樓景色更美，離南海灘很近，走路十來分鐘就到了，很方便，除了房間有點小，停車費有點貴，其他都不錯👍

チェックインに何時間もかかった。機械の故障もあったが、擔當者の手際が悪い。部屋の掃除は2日に1回と言いつつ、何度も確認しないとしてくれない。部屋は狹く、蚊が何匹もいて眠れなかった。

Konden de strandtent niet vinden op de plek waar het zou moeten zitten. 5 dollar flesje water die op je kamer staat. Kleine kamers, je kon geen koffer open leggen. Maak geen gebruik van de valet, betreft dikke oplichterij. Op 5 min lopen kan je parkeren voor 20 dollar per dag.

TLDR: The hotel itself is cute and clean, and the location is good for the price. Service and amenities are lacking, and my friends and I were grateful it was a short stay. Also, don’t let the front desk call you a cab. ——— My friends and I spent one night at Moxy Miami South Beach. Their system was down when we arrived, and and no one notified us when we could check in, despite saying they would. The TV didn't work for the entirety of our stay, supposedly in the whole hotel, and staff communication on the issue was poor. No other businesses in the area seemed to be having similar issues. There are no ice machines in the hotel, so we were told to get ice from the bar. The only bar we could find was only open 4pm-10pm. There was another bar we didn’t know about that might've had longer hours, but no one gave us that information, and the info available online is minimal. The "free breakfast" in the morning is a joke. We asked the front desk to call us a cab at checkout and ended up with an $80 15-minute ride in a completely unmarked vehicle. And, finally, I was overcharged for the stay, and it took way too long to get a response/resolution. No one at 訂房網站.com customer service was even able to reach anyone at the hotel to discuss the issue. Obviously, none of these issues are major, but they resulted in a pretty unsatisfactory stay when added up. And the photo of the city is the view from our ocean view room.

雙床房一家四口，沒有問題，床的大小足夠。 但房間內的空間和通道都非常狹窄，一般24"行李箱打開後，就完全沒位置走動，有點煩人。 服務員很熱情，也很樂於助人。 最驚喜是，酒店有免費單車借用，每日最多借用2小時，我們一家4口，借了4部單車，踏車遊走南海灘，也覺得非常值得的活動。

Although the hotel is quite new with modern facilities, it is worn down, especially furniture on the rooftop. The room was quite small, windows dirty and on the half 4th floor young students who partied with music, telco in the hallway, smashing doors at 4am. Fitness room and pools too small. Serena Rest/bar quite good. Staff is top.

離海邊很近 前台服務很好

La habitación para 4 personas era una habitación para 2 con 2 camas. Sin espacio. No contaba con frigorífico, había que solicitarlo en recepción ya que no contaban con suficientes para todas las habitaciones

Great location, friendly staff and good atmosphere. Rooms are a little small but very clean.
