酒店地理位置不錯，不過房間很小且老舊，枕頭極其不舒服，衞生間淋浴麼有門，也麼有下水口很容易發生積水。且淋浴的水龍頭也是接近磨損。 服務基本自助，除了check in是的年輕帥哥比較nice外，其餘都比較冷漠點。

It was so nice to stay in here. Location was perfect cuz it is near by beach. So it was easy to get to sea :) And also staffs r so friendly n kind. Especially Jazmin&Juani were so nice to me. I can say they also made my wonderful vacation :) One of convenience thing is water is always in the lobby. Also they have coffee n tea in the lobby every morning. If I can visit Miami once again, I will definitely choose here again. Thx to my lovely staffs♥︎

Sparkling clean room. Excellent service and great recommendations of things to do from the staff. They also put on daily free events from volleyball, to watching the sunset, karaoke, and nightclubbing. There is also a cute library where you can get work done or have a bite to eat as the library is equipped with refrigerators and a microwave. We absolutely would come back if we were to visit Miami again, however, I am more interested in visiting more of their other locations down in Central and South America!

It was a wonderful hostel with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Mrs. Jasmine, who generously upgraded my room for free. The hostel is also in a fantastic location in Miami, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Viajero is lots of fun. This is a young international crowd. They have a great restaurant out front and a fun bar. There is a nice outdoor tropical vibe sitting area. The beds are nice and have lots of privacy. The rooms can be very cold at night. The bathrooms here are very nice.
