位置方便，在精華地段，但也因此會收resort fee（一晚US$34），房價相較這個區域算比較平價一些的，但也因此各方面衛生設備較舊。 沒有泳池，沒有健身房，房間黴味有點重，廁所有小蟑螂出沒。 一樓是水煙酒吧，晚上會放很大聲的音樂，住在低樓層的比較會聽到。且隔音效果不好，走廊的講話聲音都聽得到。 會收US$100的押金（mini bar跟冰箱），且押金只能用信用卡支付，無法給予現金，退房後3-5天才會知道押金有沒有退回來。 對於國外旅客這點比較沒保障（有看到google評論說押金沒有被退回來） Resort fee包含一樓酒吧happy hour，一房一天可以換一小杯cocktail（5pm-8pm）。

Friendly staff, free drinks, & nice rooms right near the beach 😊 my only small complaint is the level of street/construction noise that can be heard from the bedroom windows, but it is a very busy area. Otherwise, great hotel for a great price in South Beach!!

Can't store luggage, early check-in counter requires $60 and can't swipe card, pay in cash, there is no hot water in the bathroom, no one answers the phone at the counter all night, no one handles it, go downstairs and ask the counter for drinking and tell me that there is no way to deal with the heat Water problem! The sound insulation is very poor, the music is very loud in the middle of the night, I can't sleep, the door lock is broken and I need to brush seven times to enter, the room is very dirty, there is a pile of garbage in the corridor, there is hair on the quilt, maybe there is no new quilt , very bad experience! ! (English is not good, but I hope no one else has encountered such a bad thing)

Location is great. Seemed to be clean, front desk was friendly. Can be noisy late into the night. Did not get wash clothes but all in all a pleasant stay.
