Great location, metromover is free, miami trolley is free, you obly pay for the buses. Hotel staff very friendly, valet service a bit expensive but considering the other nearby options was more safe. Our room had one window which was very high at 2meters and we couldn’t see anything. Also, constant noise of the air-con engibes atop the building.

Good location and renovated bathroom are the pluses of this hotel. However, amenities- and service-wise it should be a 3-star hotel at best, not 4-star. Fellow travelers should be aware that the hotel charges a mandatory $16.95 “hotel fee” at check-in that was not disclosed at booking. The fee supposedly covers bottled water (which we did not drink) and the gym (which we did not use). No other services are provided. That’s not transparent and not great service.
