Great location, metromover is free, miami trolley is free, you obly pay for the buses. Hotel staff very friendly, valet service a bit expensive but considering the other nearby options was more safe. Our room had one window which was very high at 2meters and we couldn’t see anything. Also, constant noise of the air-con engibes atop the building.

Only if I could give half or 0 star. I’d not recommend staying here. Only bathrooms are new and fresh looking otherwise the whole hotel and room has a motel vibe and smell. Bed was not clean either when we looked it in bright light. Hotel doesn’t provide complimentary water bottle. Coffee machine was broken and the power plugs. This is an old building but not maintained properly. The front desk staff is unfriendly, inconsistent and not helpful at all. We had 3 days and we cancelled 2 nights and moved to a new hotel. Booked through 訂房網站.com so the cancellation and booking was hassle free. Our booking was deluxe room and their website clearly says deluxe is double room but hotel still went ahead and charged us $50 more for no reason. Very very bad experience.

This was sold as a 4 star hotel and priced as such. My opinion is that this was absolutely in NO way a 4 star accommodation - absolutely not. The rooms were not completely clean. The walls were scuffed and poorly finished. The bathroom grouting was mouldy snd the finish sub standard and I would not have stayed here more than the 1 night that we did. The 2 female staff who were at the desk upon booking in were less than welcoming. One positive - the breakfast and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Some of the amenities were unavailable, the roof terrace was locked and the gym smelt of a mixture of fish and bleach which made me leave immediately.
