Great location, metromover is free, miami trolley is free, you obly pay for the buses. Hotel staff very friendly, valet service a bit expensive but considering the other nearby options was more safe. Our room had one window which was very high at 2meters and we couldn’t see anything. Also, constant noise of the air-con engibes atop the building.

This was sold as a 4 star hotel and priced as such. My opinion is that this was absolutely in NO way a 4 star accommodation - absolutely not. The rooms were not completely clean. The walls were scuffed and poorly finished. The bathroom grouting was mouldy snd the finish sub standard and I would not have stayed here more than the 1 night that we did. The 2 female staff who were at the desk upon booking in were less than welcoming. One positive - the breakfast and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Some of the amenities were unavailable, the roof terrace was locked and the gym smelt of a mixture of fish and bleach which made me leave immediately.
