There were roaches in my room , i spoke to the front desk and they had security come kill a roach that was on the wall , i took pictures and made videos on Roaches running around my room. I’m also waiting for the manner to respond back to my email due to me requesting of 3 days worth of my money back. Other than that the customer service was beauty and the works were nice

Es fängt bereits in der Lobby an, trotz des guten ersten Eindrucks, wird man an der Rezeption abgefertigt wie ein Masthuhn.
Auf dem Zimmer geht es leider schon weiter, überall in den Ecken ist es dreckig, auf den Bettlaken sind Flecken! Die Kopflehne der Betten ist aus Kunstleder, welches so spröde war, dass einzelne Flocken in den Haaren landeten. Unser Zimmer wurde wohl kurz zuvor gestrichen, das hat man anhand der Farbkrümel auf dem Boden erahnen können. Das Spaltmaß der Zimmertür war ebenso kritisch, man konnte quasi vom Flur hereinspannen!
Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls extrem in die Jahre gekommen, die Antirutschmatte in der Dusche war fleckig, Haare an den Wänden konnte man auch finden.
Des Weiteren haben die Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank! Alles war sehr minimalistisch.
Ich habe mich in meinem Leben noch nie so sehr vor einem Hotelzimmer geekelt wie hier - ein Wunder dass ich überhaupt ein Auge zudrücken konnte.
Man bezahlt sehr viel für das Parken (100$ für zwei Tage, obwohl außen 40$ pro Nacht steht).

Everything was cool, but the smoke alarm went off because I was in the shower to long. They did give free breakfast for the issue and gave us a better room tough.

Hotel super bien situado y todos los empleados super atentos, simpaticos y amables, vistas preciosas, cerca de todos los transportes, tiendas y ocio. Cosas a mejorar las duchas, los baños mas amplios y mas ascensores
