This hotel is not good. The shower system is too weak. No hot water at all. Also, the air conditioner is super noisy and the temperature fluctuates every 5 mins.i won’t live in this hotel again :(

I stayed for just one night during a short layover on my way to the Cayman Islands. The location is very convenient—close to the airport with a free shuttle, which was great. The shuttle was easy to find, located in the departure area between gates 7 and 23. The room was clean, but there was no kettle in the room. I could’ve probably asked the front desk, but I didn’t want to bother them.

很英式的一家酒店，非常棒，早餐很好，房間很乾凈，床舒服，下面有游泳池，環境優美，接待熱情，不懂英文，他會用翻譯軟件把他的意思表達，真的很棒，我很喜歡，是傳統的美國酒店，裡面有咖啡機，有空調，有冰箱。其實酒店公共區域算高端的。

酒店印象最深刻的就是一進酒店大門就是好聞的香水味，令人精神一爽。 酒店房間比較大，比較簡單，床大也比較舒服。 早餐雖然簡單，但無論是麵包還是麥片，都很好吃。 離機場5分鐘車程，也很方便。

I have booked this hotel for a friend who has stayed at the Recency several times before. This time it was the cheapest one in the airport area and very close to the airport. The rooms are quite big and reniovated. Itt provudes all the essentials of a stay like hair dryer, kleenex tissues, safe, desk and wardrobe. He didn't have breakfast since it had to be paid extra. There is also a cuban restaurant in walking distamce. All in all good value for price. Definitely will choose thisbplace again.

Utilizamos el hotel para pasar la noche por una escala. Para lo que necesitamos la habitación estuvo perfecta.  El shuttle paso 2 veces y no se detuvo para tomarnos en el aeropuerto, según lo que nos dijo el conductor estaba muy lleno, sin embargo nunca se detuvo para poder explicarnos las razones o ofrecernos ir de pie si era posible. Deben mejorar y ser más claros en este punto

Desde que entras al hotel hay un olor encantador, el servicio del front desk genial, cerca del aéreopuerto, la habitación súper cómoda, limpia, el desayuno completo, el traslado bueno, volvería a hospedarme ahí sin duda

1.The internet speed is extremely slow and very unstable. 2.The room lacks essential amenities—there aren’t even slippers or a toothbrush. 3.The toilet gets clogged easily, and the water drains very slowly, making showering a frustrating experience. 4. Fortunately, the front desk staff had a good attitude; otherwise, I can’t imagine this being the standard of a Regency hotel.
