Hice la reservación y pague el total, lamentablemente no pude llegar por que mi examen de COVID dio positivo y no pude de ninguna forma negociar una penalización o un voucher para otra ocasión ya que nos dijeron que el COVID hoy ya no era algo para cancelar, 訂房網站 solo quería regresar $20 de descuento, que lamentable

Reservation was wrong. We were told we only had a single bed in a room not as nice. Even showing up 10 hours after check in time begins, our room was not ready. When we entered the room the both room was not cleaned up properly. When discussing a refund for the room being downgraded the staff member first mentioned that a refund would be given then later retracted that statement saying that it was at the fault of the booking agency and there would be no refund given.

O hotel diz que tem wi-fi, sendo que o mesmo não funciona, me mudaram de quarto e o problema não resolveu 100%. No momento do check in não foi orientada quanto a cobrança de calção de $250 dólares, como paguei a taxa de resort de $23,00 dólares com meu cartão de débito, as 19:00h, as 23:00h a recepcionista usou o mesmo cartão, ou seja, debitou 250 dólares da minha conta e quando fui usar no restaurante não tinha saldo, um verdadeiro absurdo, quando retornei ao hotel fui reclamar, disseram que poderia estornar o valor mas que iria demorar e como no dia seguinte seria o checkout, pediram para eu aguardar. Café da manhã fraco. NÃO RECOMENDO.
