Definitely a great stay! It’s a conference hotel so unfortunately it is a loud hotel. The air conditioner kept clicking on an off and I didn’t not sleep. They were nice to take care of the situation and very sweet! I finally got some work done.

We stayed here for one night prior to cruising. It was clean and comfortable. Location was safe. Front desk staff were friendly. I would book here again.

The rooms are good and this hotel can indeed be a very good hotel. But the staff here are shockingly bad. They don't have hospitality skills whatsoever. Check-in also takes ages because they are always checking in large groups (seems like airline/cruise staff). They hardly answer phone calls made to reception and when they do they are extremely rude and promise you things that never turn up. Worst of all they don't clean the room daily. In fact our room wasn't cleaned for 3 days and we had to complain to change rooms. I highly recommend picking a different hotel. Genuinely one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed in - purely because of the bad service.

Convenient to airport with good shuttle service. Food was good. Clean rooms. Prices are all over the place. Requested a room close to the elevator due to an injury but didn't get it until I got there. Would stay again.
