Perfecto si vas al WTC super cómodo para llegar ahí. La habitación está perfecta para en distribución. Solo note que no estaba bien limpia del polvo ni la limpieza del piso se sentía sucio, de ahi en fuera todo excelente.

La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente. Justo frente al hotel hay una estación de metrobús que te conecta con el centro (Reforma y la Zona Rosa), y hacia el Sur. El desayuno está bien, pero hay varios restaurantes alrededor para todos los gustos.

Todo muy bueno, si bien la habitación no es muy grande compensa el ventanal y la vista a la ciudad que ofrece. Habitación moderna y grata para descansar y dormir. Restaurant amplio en el piso 2, muy buen desayuno, y también el menú ejecutivo de lunes a viernes entre las 13 y 16 hrs. Todo el personal es muy amable y sonriente, nunca vi una mala cara, y te ayudan con cualquier consulta. Los(as) garzones son muy profesionales y atentos tanto en el desayuno como a la hora de almuerzo. Al frente del hotel hay un paradero del metrobús , estación Polyforum, también hay un Sears y un Supermercado Chaderaui, o algo parecido, y varios comercios gastronómicos. Mi experiencia ratifica mi muy buena opinión respecto a la marca Novotel, volvería sin duda.

Overall it was a good stay. Rooms are clean and staff was nice. A bit further away from Roma North but still convenient location.
