一樓有點味道，原來想退房換個地方，但那邊不可以，但房間很大，也是比較熱鬧的地方，總體來看還算是可以的吧

The location is very good. However, the room lacks air conditioning, a security box, and a telephone for calling reception. There is also no elevator. All of these make the stay less comfortable. Everything else is fine.

Good apartments for a decent price, but a bit confusing their pet policy as it states here in there policies that pets are allowed and FREE which they are not. I was told a price of 350$ MXN per night… upon telling them they told me I‘m wrong, do customer service wise I’m not so happy. However they were nice and let me change my room because I was initially in a room just above the reception which was horrible and you heard everything. Location is good, room was clean, served its purpose but I’m not sure I would come again.

Great little place in Nápoles. Bare bones but what you need to stay a while. Ask for what you need in the reception. Incredible service and support when our Rosa got sick on the last day. Thank you for being helpful. No elevator, otherwise great!

Nos hospedamos en la habitación 201, considero que le falta más iluminación, la plancha deben cambiarla puesto que ya está sucia y mancha la ropa. La cocineta está muy bien. Saludo
