雷維托裡奧華麗酒店 (Re Vittorio de Luxe)

Terrible experience. When we got to the room there was hair all around the bathroom as if someone had just shaved there. Along with mosquitoes that had been squashed into the wall and left. In the morning we were woken up by loud drilling which caused the room to shake and continued until after we left at around 10 am. It was not possible to stay in the room as the noise was ridiculously loud. This also happened on the second day of our stay as well and likely continued after we left. Additionally the paint on all the walls was scratched and the plug socket came out of the wall when we unplugged are chargers. The breakfast was also not very nice. When we applied for a refund we were denied even with video and photographic evidence. I would not recommend this hotel at all and I also would not recommend Trip as they were very unhelpful when it came to helping me get a refund and constantly asked me to wait until a certain time and then never replied at this time and I had to constantly chase them up on things.

Unexpected surprise. The boutique hotel it’s located in the center of the city and the rooms are comfortable and extremely clean. The building is a classic Italian historical building with high ceilings and decorations. I must say was a nice experience. Breakfast it’s topical Italian with some intercontinental options.
