塔比莎圖納克度假村 (Tabitha Tunak Resort)

酒店服務很好，而且還有free afternoon tea，更重要的是酒店內的餐點種類繁多，價錢非常合理而且好美道，不過位置有點偏遠，是適合去度假的酒店，若是想出外遊玩會比較不方便。

This is a lovely, secluded resort — we absolutely loved the swimming pool! In hindsight, we should have booked a room closer to the lobby and restaurants. Housekeeping and room quality could be improved, and there was no TV reception, which was noticeable since there aren’t many other activities beyond the pool during the day or evening. The absolute highlight: the food was delicious, and the service staff were truly wonderful — a huge thank you to all of them! 🙏 On the downside, the access road to the resort was very poor and made for an uncomfortable journey both ways. Good accessibility is important — not just for convenience, but also for emergencies. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay. Oh ya, Faizal was helpful & outstanding. Thank you!

Beware that although listed here as Tabitha Tunak Resort, there is no sign at all for this on the track in. Apparently this is the holding company's name. The hotel name is Uma Rimba. There is an inconspicuous sign at a fork in the road before Tunak Resort, a higher class option. The rooms are rather more tired than the exterior aspect of the development would suggest. Restaurant food reasonable. Thus is very much a beach place, with not much else to do.

An einem einsamen Strand gelegen. Die Anreise ist ein Abenteuer und nur für Hartgesottene. Dirt Road zum Teil mit riesigen Schlaglöchern. Der Strand ist super an einer Bucht gelegen. Leider ware das Schwimmen nur bei Flut möglich (ansonsten zu wenig Wasser) und dann hatte es starke Strömungen. Eventuell war das aber der Jahreszeit geschuldet. Das Hotel hat ein schönes Restaurant mit Terrasse an der man thekenmäßig sitzen kann mit Blick aufs Meer. Essen war okay und presilich sehr erschwinglich. Das Bier und die Spirituosen waren aber sehr teuer. Am Besten etwas bei der Anreise aus dem Supermarkt mitbringen. Abends laufen draußen vile Ratten herum, aber die stören nicht. Ist ja auch deren Lebensraum. Man sollte nur keine Essenssachen draußen liegen lassen, sobald es dunkel wird.
