前台和老闆服務態度都很好，下次有機會來梅爾辛還會選擇。

Very bad experience

The hotel staff is friendly and the reception is open 24/7, so late check-in is possible without any problems. The room provided for us (for a couple) didn't have any toiletries, except liquid soap and toilet paper. A hairdryer is available, but electrical cable quite dirty. There is no hygienic shower for washing. Disposable slippers are available. The bed linens and towels appear washed, but they don't look quite fresh. The condition of the bathroom walls is very unsightly after the wall tile renovation. The renovation was done very sloppily, and the remaining cement stains on the wall and floor tiles are depressing (see photo). I didn't even feel like taking a shower. The door frame above the bathroom entrance is completely missing. There are also small visible remnants of debris from the renovation around the sink. Some wrting on the mirror by marker which was not cleaned most probaly long time. Wi-Fi internet was operational. Breakfast food selection is acceptable, with tea and instant coffee in sticks. The hotel elevator is very small and cramped, barely big enough for two people standing close together, making it very difficult to transport luggage. The hotel rooms are overpriced and don't match the quality of service provided.

Leider ist das Hotel nicht empfehlenswert aus meiner Sicht. Bei der Ankunft wurde die Reservierung nicht gefunden, das zugewiesene Zimmer hatte noch eine Zigarettenkippe im Aschenbecher obwohl es sich um ein Nichtraucher Zimmer handelte. Betten soweit sauber, Fernbedienung des Fernsehers gebrochen und deswegen schwer einzuschalten. Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht gestartet werden da es keine Fernbedienung gab. Der Frühstücksraum unpersönlich lieblos eingerichtet, die Auswahl war zufriedenstellend - was ärgerlich war, das Personal stand herum, man hat sich beim Essen unwohl und beobachtet gefühlt Hätte lieber gerne 20 Euro mehr bezahlt für eine ruhige Nacht, da morgens der Straßenlärm sehe früh anfing

Do not be fooled by the 4.3 star rating, this place is old, dirty and hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. I went there with high expectations, considering it’s a 4 star hotel, but I was quite disappointed. There were a few missing things in the hotel room including missing towels in the bathroom and no AC remote. Almost all the furniture was dirty and old. Don’t get me started on the WiFi, it was so bad and it wouldn’t connect to my device. Also, the breakfast was bad. I’m sorry but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone or come back again.
