Dirty walls, cobwebs, dirty bottoms around walls. Shower caddy broken. Ripped carpet. Felt very dirty staying there as the walls had hand prints and marks all over them. They asked to wash your own dishes but no dishwashing liquid, had to ask for some. And had to wash dishes in bathroom sink.

Great location for tram and shops. Rooms are clean and cozy, fine for a nights stop over. Can hear a lot of outside noise from rooms next door and above and stairs. Was refused a refund to check out a day early when requested for personal reasons. Staff are friendly considering.
