I informed with quite an advance(4 days) that finally I couldn't enjoy my reservation (flight changed by the airline) and I asked them to cancel the night, but they refused. Of course the booking policy was not refundable but I would have appreciated their consideration and having back my money. I warned in advance, I asked kindly, but no way. Well, it wasn't their obligation but it wasn't so difficult.

Nice relaxed hotel. Big rooms. Well-appointed breakfast. Nice grounds. 2nd floor has no elevator so you have to climb.

Das Hotel liegt nicht im Zentrum von Pangkalan Bun, ist aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Aktivitäten. Das Frühstück ist Umfangreich und im Restaurant kann man Abends gut essen. Der große Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Zimmer könnte einen frischen Anstrich vertragen. Es war nicht gerade sauber, roch ein wenig nach Schimmel, der Spiegel sollte erneuert werden. Das Personal war freundlich und auf Nachfrage wurde auch die Bettdecke bezogen.
