酒店就在墨爾本機場T2對面，下了飛機過個馬路就可以到酒店大堂啦，如第二天就出發到澳大利亞的其他地方，住這個酒店就挺方便的；酒店的設施、服務就是中規中矩，沒什麼特色；房間比較小，住一晚還是可以的；晚上我們在酒店餐廳吃的飯，這裡的漢堡還不錯。

早上8點的航班，所以特地選了離客運大樓最近的酒店，非常滿意。 房間面積還挺大的，我們是一家三口，前台還給我們加床了，速度非常快，我們前台辦理完，到房間加床都已經鋪好了。 總體來説還是很好的入住體驗。

房間寬敞，設施完備，服務優質，是一家值得信賴的酒店。酒店距離T2客運大樓非常近，步行可走地面人行道，也可到停車場入口，坐電梯通過空中廊橋直達出發大廳。我們覺得走人行橫道線挺方便的，有人指揮挺安全的。

The front office team lacked a customer service mindset and attributed their poor service to a delayed flight, which is unacceptable. Despite offering a "one-touch" service, the staff refused to place an in-room dining order. Furthermore, the Duty Manager, Judy, wrongly accused me of using inappropriate language—something that simply did not happen. My partner was present during the conversation, and no such words were used. When I asked her to specify what was allegedly said, she refused and instead attempted to deflect the issue by offering her supervisor’s email, seemingly to downplay the situation. When I mentioned that we had chosen the hotel for its 5-star reputation, she corrected me, stating it was a 4-star property—as if that justified the lack of service. Regardless of the star rating, being in the hospitality industry should inherently mean delivering good service. That said, I’d like to extend my appreciation to the F&B team for their excellent service recovery and for offering a sincere apology. Their professionalism was a stark contrast to the front office experience.

A very convenient trolley push of luggage across the walkway straight out of the terminal. No need for any transfer rides, no waiting. There is a deposit on the room credit card or, at the time of writing, $100 cash is quicker on refund at checkout. A pool and gym. Attached restaurant for convenience. Excellent service by helpful staff

空港から歩いてホテルに行ける近さで、次の日のフライトのことを考え、こちらのホテルを選びました。部屋は素敵で良かったです。けど、冷蔵庫の中を見たら、前の宿泊者の飲みかけのマグカップに入ったティーがそのまま入ってたり、アルコールとかドリンクが補充されてなかった。私たちが飲んでないのに誤解されても困るので寫真をとりました。

趕飛機很方便的酒店，就在t2對面，早上7點的飛機，睡這裡就可以慢慢地起床，慢慢挪過去~ 設施其實還不錯，有浴缸，作為一個標間也不算很小。 酒店的客房還有電話叫餐服務，叫了個漢堡，居然還挺好吃的~

酒店適合搭早機或者夜晚到達的乘客。我們這一次大概晚上11點抵達機場，已經很疲倦，所以這能夠讓我們一出入境大堂就可步行到達酒店休息。大概步行5至10分鐘，但是要很仔細地觀察指示牌才能找到路線。

酒店離機場確實很近很方便 問題來了 晚上此起彼伏的飛機起飛降落聲音也很響 幸好我有耳塞 不然根本沒法睡 酒店很大 洗澡水又熱呼又舒服 早餐的麵包種類多 各式法棍歐包可選 不像有些酒店衹有吐司 咖啡既可以機器選擇 也可以人工oder晚餐除了酒店餐廳 去機場吃飯選擇種類更多 不過電梯有點饒人 從機場的天橋過來會進到一個停車樓 一樓電梯可以去G層這才能到酒店reception然後轉酒店的內部電梯才能到房間 有點暈 早起辦理退稅從停車樓的電梯間出來左手邊那個天橋更方便！
