房間寬敞，有廚房，有書桌，窗外夜景美麗 處於墨爾本CBD附近，出行相當方便，對面是W酒店。 入住時，門面正在裝修。 早飯在一樓，餐廳面積不大。 房間有一次性拖鞋，但是沒有一次性牙刷，沒有瓶裝飲用水。有熱水爐和咖啡機。如果牙刷，瓶裝水需要可以在前台付費購買，5澳元一個。 前台服務不錯，因為電話上沒有指示各分機號，所以有問題，我就跑一趟前台，交流後都能解決。

整體都挺好的 出門就有電車 附近全是吃的 很方便 就是住的這期間不給打掃 時間久了不太方便 但是 房間很大環境很好 出行很方便 還是比較推薦的

房型非常大，一開門進去嚇了一大跳，想說床去哪裡了，原來是這間房間特地做了一個隔間，把廚房客廳跟床都分開了，雖然沒有煮飯，但非常喜歡這個設計。飯店地理位置佳，是旅遊的好選擇👍🏻

Firstly, while walking down to the gym via the stairwell, I encountered a mouse. This would be a small inconvenience for some, but for me it was extremely traumatic. I have a severe phobia of mice, and the unexpected sighting left me shaken and anxious. I immediately informed your receptionist, Siu, of this incident at approximately 7:30am that same morning. Secondly, I was subjected to further discomfort when maintenance works were carried out directly outside my window without any prior notice. While I was getting changed, I was shocked to find two tradesmen working right outside, which was both unexpected and highly embarrassing. Guests should be notified of such works to protect their privacy and ensure their dignity is respected

일단 창문이 안열려서 답답했어요, 방이 넓습니다. 일찍 예약하지않았어서 뷰가없는 3층에 배정되었고, 상층으로가려면 150불이상 지불해야한다고만했어요. 파란색 베게에서 이상한 냄새났어요. 1층에서는 직원을 만나려면 항상 기다려야 합니다.

酒店正門在斜坡，而且有幾級樓梯。如有大型行李，可找職員協助，他們都十分願意協助。房間寬敞乾淨，有微波爐，雪櫃，廚具，如需煮食，也很方便。

We had a baby and requested a king bed as it was queen or king bed as per ad, we ended up with queen bed. Otherwise it was fine, its hard for pram and disable access as you have to call the bell for help to operate their lift for disable, hassle for both customer and staff.
