位置居中，去哪裡都很方便。比如蒸汽小或者菲利普島之類的景點，特別適合自駕的朋友。墨爾本city的停車費用標牌太難研究了，對於旅遊的人來説這個酒店的停車場非常友好。

The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything. The views from the room are beautiful, especially during the day with lots of natural light coming in, which made the stay feel even more relaxing. The room itself was very clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. The bed was comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep, and the bathroom was modern, well-maintained, and also very clean. The TV was a nice addition and worked perfectly for relaxing in the evenings. Overall, everything felt well looked after and in good condition, which made the stay enjoyable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want comfort, cleanliness, and nice views in a great location.

A very clean hotel that is very comfortable to stay and you will have a great night of rest. There are nothing nearby the area. Overall a pleasent stay if you do not plan for dinner or anything anywhere gurantee for good night of rest.

房間挺乾淨的，但是很尷尬！一定要注意！不給水 真的第一次遇到酒店什麼都不給的 房間超級空，但是周圍非常乾淨，去帕芬比利小火車開車很方便。樓下還看到了狐狸

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share it. I booked the hotel through C訂房網站 and had the confirmation number ready. However, when I arrived at the front desk, the staff claimed they couldn’t find my reservation. What was even worse was their attitude—they seemed completely unconcerned, as if it was none of their business, and made us wait in the lobby for over an hour late at night. To make matters worse, C訂房網站 was extremely proactive all night, trying their best to resolve the issue, which only highlighted how unprofessional the hotel staff were. When we finally got a room, it wasn’t the one I booked—it didn’t include the breakfast I’d paid for, and it was on the first floor, which was not what I’d requested. This is by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I strongly advise others to avoid it.

兩臥室房間適閤家庭出遊，客廳電視可以投屏，看了春晚，很不錯，酒店後面小巷有營業到3點的犀牛超市，亞洲超市，有好吃的水餃。 酒店有洗衣房和烘乾機，烘乾機就兩個，要排隊，需要自備洗衣液。 健身房特小，特悶，別去了。 交通非常方便，步行可以到大部分景點，附近有商場，超市，和各國美食。 馬路對面的越南pho好吃，晚上開門的韓國烤肉woo399聞起來香，吃起來有點膩

房間很差，沒有服務意識，投訴了，也還沒解決，這個酒店還會亂收費，不提前告知，有點霸凌的感覺，儘量建議使用現金，我預授權100澳元，離店後，被亂收費800澳元，都沒有預授權，居然能被扣，已經銀行報盜刷，也跟平台客服反饋了。
