服務很好，有什麼要求直接跟櫃檯婆婆說，她會馬上安排 位置很好，走路2分鐘就到輕軌站 但美中不足的是這裡沒有洗衣服務，要走一段路才有自助洗衣店

櫃檯人員的服務非常親切且專業。 地理位置相當優越，門口即有 59 路電車可直達市區，步行約 7 分鐘即可抵達火車站，交通十分便利。 雖然設備稍顯老舊，但對於我們這種早出晚歸的自由行旅客而言，影響不大。房間內提供微波爐、冰箱及熱水壺，實在非常加分。 感謝你們這段時間的用心照顧。 The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. The location is excellent, with Tram Route 59 right outside providing direct access to the city, and the train station is only a seven-minute walk away, which is extremely convenient. Although the facilities are a bit dated, this did not affect us much as independent travelers who were out most of the day. The room was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and electric kettle, which was a great bonus. Thank you very much for your thoughtful care and hospitality.

I had an enjoyable stay overall and would recommend this place. The facilities were good, and the room was comfortable and well-equipped. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the experience even better.

I usually stay at Alexander Motor Inn & Apartments when I come to Melbourne. The check-in and check-out process is always smooth and easy, which makes the stay very convenient. The rooms are comfortable and suitable for a short stay. On my previous visit, I was given a coffee voucher, which was a nice gesture, however this time it was not provided. Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient place to stay, and I would continue to choose it for future visits to Melbourne.

The receptionist was very friendly. We travelled from Warrnambool to Melbourne for the Eid festival and arrived late, but the check-in was smooth and communication was excellent. This was our second stay here, and we’ll definitely book again. Thank you.
