很差,可以説是住過最差的五星級連鎖酒店,以後都不會首選凱悅旗下的任何酒店,下車後禮賓服務就開始拒絕為我服務:我站在門口,一個黑人禮賓問我是否要辦入住是否需要幫忙搬行李,我明確表示我是來辦入住也明確表示yes please幫我搬一下行李,黑人老哥説了半天你現在還不能辦入住還沒有辦入住…不能幫你搬行李,甚至連門口的台階都沒有幫我把行李提上去,還是我一個人把二十幾斤擡上酒店台階,他全程在旁邊看著,就算不是禮賓服務,正常有善心有教養的人都會幫忙搭把手吧,他默默看著我搬😅
其次辦理入住後,房間隔音比較差,我電話前台詢問是否能換一間房間,前台協助我換了一間房間,但是前台給了我一間相連的房間(我的房間內有一扇可以上鎖的門連結另外一間房間),因為我著急出門趕預訂的晚餐,等到回到酒店時通知前台connecting room is not okay要求再次換房,隨後夜晚11點換到了一間低樓層視野遮擋的房間,在我詢問酒店是否有其他房間時,酒店回覆沒有其他房間,而此時訂房網站以及其他訂房網站上均有我預訂的同房型的房間可預訂。(很明顯前台衹是不願協助我再次換房間的)但是第二天早上前台竟然打電話給我把我吵醒跟我説有視野更好的房間問我要不要換,但是當我換過去之後發現根本沒有任何區別,不管是房間大小或者視野😅平白無故睡覺的時候被吵醒還在一天之內收拾行李pack and unpack行李三次在同價酒店內折騰來折騰去。最可笑的是,這間房間在晚上九點的時候因為樓上客人沒有關緊水龍頭,一直有水滴的噪音,投訴給前台,前台派維修工人上來看,這位維修工人竟然看著我的眼睛説他聽不到任何噪音!他否定和忽視我正常的感受與訴求!我在一家五星級酒店受到了gaslighting! 我與他反覆確認,確實有水滴的噪音,他還是説他聽不到任何聲音,在我請他離開我的房間的時候他甚至指責我粗魯。😅(大哥,請你上來修東西你説你不覺得有噪音,我不請你離開我的房間,請你留下來喝茶嗎??)最後我再次致電前台反映了他們派的維修工表示我的房間內有噪音,我請他們親自上來看和聽,兩位工作人員上來之後發現確實有噪音,這個時候這位粗魯的維修工人耳朵開始好使了,聽到噪音了開始東看看西看看試圖做點什麼…所以之前説聽不到噪音是因為不想工作嗎?後面我表示如果酒店當晚不能解決水滴噪音問題,我會當晚就離開去住別的酒店。他們才開始重視,最後電話通知我他們發現是樓上水龍頭沒有關緊導致的噪音。
是一段非常之離譜和讓人窒息讓人無語的經歷,住過這麼多家酒店沒碰過如此離譜的經歷,毀掉了我在墨爾本的好心情。我絕對不推薦任何人入住這家酒店,地理位置上週邊有許多同價位同星級的酒店,但是樓齡和裝修都更新的酒店,連酒店工作人員跟我致歉的時候都説他們酒店樓齡比較大了有噪音很正常讓我體諒😅
酒店位置還不錯,在市中心對面就是網紅可頌店路呢,大堂吧的牛肉漢堡味道還不錯是牛肉條做的內餡挺特別。
但是酒店服務真的不行啊…太離譜了,好好培訓下員工吧
We are two girls travelling together during school break. The hotel did not provide a safe environment for us. We specifically request to not have our room near the fire exit. But the hotel arranged our room right next to fire exit. We complaint about it but we are still assigned with room next to fire exit. Staff attitude was not good either. They showed that they were annoyed and laughed at my broken English. We also found that the bedsheet was not clean, still had hair and dark spots on the sheet. We requested for change and went outside to explore the city. When we came back, nothing changed. They didn’t do anything to make change. We told 訂房網站.com about the problem. The hotel called us and their response is quite passive aggressive. Late at night, we also have a problem with noise. We informed both 訂房網站 and the hotel. We shorten our stay from 3 nights to 1 night. The hotel response to noise problem is weird as they sent security team to neighboring rooms. Eventually, around 12.30 am, we couldn’t take it anymore so we asked if we can at least change room. The hotel took such long time and it took us many effort to make them show us the new room. However, the new room wasn’t much different and as we check the bedsheet is also stained and has hair on it- it’s not clean. The Indian staff accused us of putting our hair on the bedsheet to fake the evidence. This is outrageous and not respectful to customers. We did nothing at all but were wrongfully accused. He also intimidated two girls like us. He also warned us that the hotel will not give us refund of 2 nights stay. This is outrageous as 訂房網站.com already approve our refund. It seems like he want us to have fear and anxiety about this issue. The staffs have not been respectful to us at all and we cried during the night. Overall, facilities here are outdated as the hotel has been around over 60 years. It is more like 2-3 stars hotel/ guesthouse in China rather than matching the standard of 5 star hotel. There is persistent noise problem during the night and early morning. The Aircon is loud and has burning smell. There’s a nude photo of a woman in the toilet which is very weird and disturbing. We didn’t go for the breakfast that we bought as we read the review and many people have said they got food poisoning after eating it. We can also hear the noise from the room next to us and there’s really a person vomiting in the next room at 10 am. The hotel leaves a traumatic experience for us at the start of our Melbourne 訂房網站.
