It is highly recommended to get the suite with the river view! The view from the window is absolutely gorgeous. The suite is huge, clean, and modern; I really have nothing to complain about regarding my stay. However, their reception closes at 8 PM. If you plan to check in late, you need to pre-fill their forms and other information, and you only receive the instructions for your keys later that evening. I found this to be inconvenient and unsettling. This was the only downside of my stay.

This apartment is right on the edge of Melbourne’s free tram zone, just a few blocks from Flinders Street Station—an ideal base for anyone familiar with the city’s tram network. Getting around is straightforward if you know how to make the most of the free transport system. The apartment itself is well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. A functional kitchen includes a stove, an ample supply of cutlery and plates, and a smart TV with built-in access to Netflix—perfect for winding down after a day out. The heater did emit a high-pitched noise when first switched on, but it settled once the temperature stabilized, allowing for a restful night. The only down side is the reception is not 24hrs.

交通位置很好！離**和outlet很近！雖然會有鐵軌的聲音但我覺得還好，房間的view非常好！廚房廚具餐盤都很完整！洗衣機和烘乾機也都很好用！住得非常開心，唯一缺點是2間房間只有一間廁所比較不方便，而且廁所很小！但是櫃檯的人員非常親切

房間乾淨地理位置很好晚上還能看市區夜景附有小廚房方便想開夥的小夥伴們附近有電車方便搭車（但是電車經過時聲音蠻明顯的）

位置十分便利，周邊就近都有電車、巴士、鐵路網絡的車站。行10分鐘亦有Skybus車站到機場，只需40分鐘。清潔程度良好，酒店大堂、房間均設計美觀。洗手間設計美觀，但廁紙位置及鋅盆長度不足，不太方便使用。我們沒使用廚房，但見到有充足的基本食具。職員服務良好。提早辦理入住手續、寄存行李(必須20:00前提取)、提早退房等安排也十分順暢便利。但留意入住時需提供信用卡/Debit card先付AUD$100作為按金。近鐵路那邊房間的確會受metro噪音影響，如怕嘈…儘量要求較高樓層或較大號碼的房號會比較好。

Upon check-in, I encountered an unfriendly front desk staff member who insisted on an actual credit card for the security deposit, despite my clarification. Her curt response, "That's what I said," left me questioning the professionalism expected at this establishment. Additionally, the room lacked a quilt, providing only a blanket that did not justify the price paid for the night….The view was also disappointing, differing significantly from the online photos.

前台接待人員很親切，行李能寄存，早到的住客有機會提早入住非常方便，地點離南十字車站步行約9分鐘，飯店門口過馬路就有免費free train可搭，地理位置優越，晚上在房內還能看墨爾本的夜景跟日出很棒。缺點是房內充滿了前面住客烹煮食物的氣味，可能因為通風設備問題所以一直無法散去，這點比較讓人難受。另外，客廳的茶几邊緣破損又有汙漬，建議更換；入住四人房的浴室洗手檯實在太小，感覺比日本的還要小，洗個臉都要很小心翼翼的防止水花濺出。除此之外，這仍是一間值得推薦的住宿

Overall I had a great stay! My room was pretty cozy and the location was conveniently close to trams and Souther Cross Station. Amenities in the room were excellent (kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, heater, ironing board). Maybe bring your own slippers in winter as the tiled floor was very cold in the morning. Quite a few obvious wear and tear but overall still decently clean. The only thing that bothered me was one of the kitchen utensils was still dirty. If you are a light sleeper you would need earplugs as it’s quite noisy from the trains and trams passing by. Personally i enjoyed the background noise. I enjoyed my night ins in the room with access to the TV and to be able to cook / heat up food. Staff at the reception were all very lovely and welcoming. I would stay here again :)
