房間裡被套，枕套，浴巾使用一次性用品，有點不太習慣。當時前面房子在裝修也無景觀。勝在地理位置方便，邊上就是公交車站與電車站，對面有兩大超市及葯房。

As it was a cheaper place than average price in Melbourne, I probably should not expect too much but I was surprised they charged a deposit of $100 in advance (normally just hold it) and they said refund it in few days after checking out if nothing is damaged. There is some construction problem that the shower drainage not located right underneath/near the shower head but it closer to the sink and toilet area. Therefore water flooded out towards the toilet which was more than be able to be absorbed with a bath mat towel. I wanted to move shower head face towards the wall but it was wobbly and I didn’t want to touch it in case it may break and be charged a security deposit. This shower and toilet is right next to the bed and there is the frame about 5cm height in between the shower room and the floor of the room to stop the shower water running out towards the room. I hit my toes and almost tipped over several times towards the sink right in front of the door opening. It is very dangerous construction I think.

Im disabled and was made homeless from a dodgy NDIS provider last wk. I booked 11 nights. Paid in full on the Wednesday. .was told Thursday arvo that I still had 10 days before the warrant could be executed…so booking wasn’t needed. I tried to get a refund, I explained my circumstances but they wouldn’t refund a cent. I walked in the room. Walked out 2min later. Wasted money that I needed. I was happy to forfeit a night and i did give 24hrs notice but no dice.

Was very impressed with the well equipped room, has everything including the kitchen sink literally. Room very clean. Have even washing machines.

The proprietor is very friendly and helpful and cater to our needs. He let us store our luggages in the room way past check out time. The place is also very quiet , peaceful. Easy access to groceries and tramp stop is just by the corner.

I was expecting basic housekeeping everyday (including cleatring rubbish bin, tiding bedsheet and towel changing automatically.
