房間很好，不過有陽台的房子有可能不朝向公園，看不到景色。前台熱情，衞生乾淨，房間內配備餐以及洗碗機，等用品很方便。良好的入住體驗。

No idea what this Hata is doing! Are they service apartments or hotels?  No sitters, no toothpaste on your own ! No phone to request & if ou request some water? Good luck to you for another 3 to 4 hours!

This hotel is a hidden gem! The tram is at your doorstop, which takes you straight into the city. If walking is your thing then it will only take you 25 minutes. I was lucky enough to get a room with a view of Albert Park. My room had plenty of space to set up a work station as well as relax. The team on the front desk were welcoming and faciltated a speedy check in and out.

Great place to stay, staff are very friendly and accommodating, children welcome and such a lovely clean and inviting place. Would definitely consider staying here again. Value for money and just a tram ride away from the CBD

Everything we could need. Kitchenette and balcony in a lovely new space. Only oops is logging into the TV was Trickey. But so great for the price!
