前台是獨立的辦公室，辦理入住後私密性強，旁邊獨立的公寓樓裡；房間尚可、該有的都有； 房間配電暖器很好👍沒想過夏天這麼冷、感覺衣服都帶錯了😄

Lovely accommodation that is convenient and easily accessible. Easy instructions and comfortable stay. Only wanted to reflect that the dryer was not working as expected so it would be good to keep closer tabs on them. Wifi could be strengthened as well where feasible. Other than that, its been perfect here and I would totally recommend coming!

Location is very good because it is just next to a stop on the free tram system. There are shops and supermarkets nearby and some restaurants. You can also easily walk to the CBD, river and Southern Cross Station. It is relatively large and has plenty of amenities. The only negative was that the soft chairs are covered in highly visible greasy food and drinks stains. They should either use a faux leather or something or throws that can be washed. Also there seemed to be a huge excess of bedding which got tangled and uncomfortable. A simple duvet, sheet and two pillows would be better in my opinion. But otherwise, all good!

Stayed in the standard one bedroom apartment, at first glance seemed lovely, but we did have the clean the apartment on arrival due to the balcony door being left open and construction site dust in the flat. It seemed that it had not been cleaned upon arrival and vacant for at least a few days as all the furniture was black/grey. We did have a couple of minor issues such as one of the hobs did not work. The shower would go cold after 5/10 minutes and then would need a long time to refill. Otherwise we did have a good stay, for the price we paid it was fine.
