房間佈置清爽簡潔，浴室由水龍頭可以看得出有年份，調校熱水相對要多花點時間。服務不過不失，清潔服務會主動進行，主要是倒垃圾和補充茶包。 健身室和泳池不錯，而且有歡迎水果 酒店有兩個Tesla電動車中速充電位，已包含在每天AUD 30的費用中，無需額外付費充電。因此請訂房網站更新酒店設施詳情的相關內容。

It’s an excellent hotel in general, beautiful lake view, close to city and tram, quiet environment. To be honest, it gives an old vibe considering the year while it’s price worthy. Pool and gym are good. Staff are nice and welcome. We left out glass cups when we checked out, when we came back they were kept. 🙏

房間有浴缸 床很大但是是兩個小床拼起來的 每天都有客服清潔服務 但是水不是每天給 得去問服務員要 和pullman是一棟樓但是是比較遠的矮小的樓

Some front staff friendly, room average, window opens to a concrete wall, feels like a jail, and very dark, staff at buffet breakfast unhelpful and unfriendly. They overcharged me $38 per person while hotel staff said they offer $25 coupons for guests. Disappointed for being placed in a dark room (older part of hotel), swimming pool nice but needs improvement, I could find rubbish and bunch of hair on the ground every where. Not close to restaurants or amenities, or public transport. Overall, too far from main CBD and long distance to shops.

My husband & I always have a nice stay at The Mercure Albert Park. We received a lovely upgrade to a lake view. Positives - great location for Albert Park - great sauna, pool & gym - friendly staff - tram is a 5 min walk straight into downtown Melbourne - bed is comfortable, pillows are soft - soft dressing gown and slippers Negatives - room including bathroom a bit dated, shower had to be adjusted all the time as it went hot then cold then hot again, - Air con didn’t seem to work very well - you only get 2 pillows for a king bed, so I had to ask for another 2 pillows which took housekeeping 4 hrs to get to us and I had to go back to reception as housekeeping wouldn’t answer their phone Overall, we do love staying here!!

會場酒店，迫不得已選擇了這家。 •説下前台，這麼大的Pullman和美居，排隊checkin人數那麼多，竟然衹開2個櫃枱辦理。 •而且動作很慢，應該是我出國以來最慢的一次，前面4個人，2個櫃枱，排隊了15分鐘以？ •給我的房間，竟然是有人還在住的…… 10個小時飛機，好不容易回房間休息，一開門發現地上還有行李……那種感覺真的是…覺得酒店太不嚴謹了，太不專業了。 我再下樓，check in隊伍有大排長龍，前面十幾個人，不想耽誤時間，我衹能寄存行李，先去開會了…… 進了洗手間發現，上個住客馬桶沒沖乾淨，明顯應該也衹是表面打掃了…… 吐槽點太多…大家謹慎選擇，最好定pullman

Disappointing stay - room was hot and stuffy - air con didn’t seem to work. Service was very average waited over 30mins for a shaving kit- when I went to leave the car park they tried to charge me $40 when told it was $25 . Seemed to be a lot of staff but difficult to get help. No streaming tv available could only use screen mirroring but because wifi was poor signal couldn’t work. Overall stay was poor.
