Very clean and good facilities. Located only 300 metres from shopping centres and Kings Park for a pleasant walk. It has off street parking available in a secure area behind the building.

Stayed here as a family and it delivered across the board. Straight 5s across cleanliness, location, service and amenities and all of them are deserved. The apartment style setup is what makes Quest work for families. Proper kitchen, decent space, no one is on top of each other. Cleanliness was genuinely impressive, not just "good enough for a hotel" clean. Staff were great throughout the stay, friendly and actually useful when you needed something. Location is convenient for getting into Melbourne without being right in the middle of the chaos, which with kids is exactly what you want. Would absolutely stay again next time we're in Melbourne. Easy recommendation for any family needing more than just a standard hotel room.
