酒店非常舊，洗手盆漏水，到酒店時已10pm, 不想再轉房，第二天馬上離開，從未住過這麼差的酒店，非常失望

入住房間時一進去發現有很多小朋友在裡面迎接我🫣。此酒店已經很殘舊了。還沒打開被子就看到一整排螞蟻在搬家。從床上爬到了床邊的牆縫叫了櫃枱説換房間。結果換了第二間螞蟻是沒有了但是廁所的設備不佳。洗手盆的水不是流下水管的，而是瀑布試的落到了洗手盆下的垃圾桶裡。我的天啊。。。照片看是不錯。去到自己也被嚇到了。

Bilik selesa dan bersih. Cadar dan towel bersih. Bilik luas. Cuma toilet je sempit sikit. Receptionist pun bagus dan pantas. Urusan checkin n checkout mudah dan cepat. Kedudukan hotel yang strategik. Tak sesak. Sebelah je dengan mcd.. Banyak je kedai makan berhampiran. Dekat dengan pusat bowling.

hotel okay. room quite dirty. don't ever try to move the bed if you don't have any dust flying around. my wife got rashes during staying at the hotel we staying for quite long time and saw got rubish under iron board outdoor and no janitor was vacuuming even cleaning the hallway aircond take 10 minutes to start cooling the room

Receptionist is professional in handling many customers at the same time. Ample car park at surrounding Hotel and infront of the building. The wall is not totally sound proof, been hearing a lot from TV noise on the next room. If there's an event at MITC Hall nearby, the hotel is full and crowded. No tooth brush provided. The lift is only 2, which is a bit pack during Checkout time. I'd expected their service as a 3 star hotel, so far very acceptable. Location is everything and I had easy access to food, shopping and malls that were around the immediate area. Parking was easy

Small room but still ok to accommodate small family. Window all lock. Hopefully hotel could allocate small window can be open for ventilation purpose otherwise I will feel unfresh air circulate inside. Setiap bilik mesti ada tingkap kecil yang bole dibuka sedikit. Ini untu membolehkan sedikit udara luar untuk masuk . Jika tidak..bilik akan berubah hapak, udara seperti lemas, tiada mengaliran udara yang baik kerana bilik hanya didingin menggunakan aircond. Harap mitc hotel peka keadaan ini. Untuk keselamatan, tingkap hanya dibenarkan buka sedikit sahaja ..bukan terus di kunci atau dimatikan.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I encountered an issue with the air conditioning compressor in my room. Despite informing the hotel staff about the problem, the issue was not resolved, and I had to request a room transfer for the second night of my stay. Additionally, I found the amenities provided in the room to be basic and was disappointed to discover that slippers were not provided. Overall, my experience at the hotel was just "ok." While the staff were friendly and accommodating when I requested a room transfer, the lack of attention to detail with regards to the air conditioning and amenities left something to be desired. I would recommend that the hotel management address these issues to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests.
