普特里灣酒店 (Puteri Bay Hotel Melaka)

Great location, directly overlooking Pantai Puteri Melaka. The room could definitely be improved. Unfortunately, there are no photos available to spare you from being traumatized. I came here for a business 訂房網站, and my room wasn't the best. The floor and furniture were dusty, and I had to personally sanitize the whole room because I wasn't convinced of its cleanliness. The toilet was decent, but the sink was kind of clogged, so I was only able to use the shower and other amenities. There was no comb or toothbrush and toothpaste provided. The bed was comfortable, thankfully. I was skeptical that there might be bedbugs because I noticed a stain on the bedsheet, but it turned out to be all good. I had a comfortable rest for the night, except for the loud noise from the fridge. The location was great, easy to park and near the entrance. The staff were really friendly, so that's a plus point.

Third time staying at this hotel due to it's location near to KGB jetty. Cleanliness need to be improved

Our stay at Puteri Bay Melaka was great 👍🏼 The location was great because we are able to have a good view of the beach, and it was near food places. The hotel reception and staff were also kind and helpful. Food selection for breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable and had a good sleep 👍🏼👍🏼 The downside was that the toilet was not totally clean as there were strands of hairs sticking out from under the bed. Additionally, there were no toothbrushes provided in the room, and the prayer mat had an odour. Generally, the stay was good although maybe staff need to ensure the room cleanliness and smell abit more? I would still recommend the hotel for the comfortable beds and nice view and location beside the waterfront 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

kami sekeluarga menerima layanan mesra dari semua pekerja2 di sana. sentiasa senyum dan ramah mesra. keadaan bilik yang kemas. aircond pun sejuk. swimming pool memang best untuk anak2 kami. diorang semua seronok. yang paling best asam pedas kat hotel ni. memang sedaplah. harga pun berpatutan. kalau ada yang tanya nak nginap kat sini lagi ke tak?.. of course nak. kami sekeluarga enjoy.

Hotel was decent. Clean n affordable. It does however is showing her age with a little wear n tear. We got a room facing Pantai Klebang n that was nice. Room n hotel are very outdated. Breakfast was good but very limited, unlike like Doubletree or Imperial Lexis in KL but it does the job. Staffs were friendly enaugh...

We really loved this hotel. It's spacious. The seaview is excellent & the beachfront is clean. It's centrally located & near Pantai Klebang which is buzzling & lively on weekends
