酒店地理位置很好，去市中心或海邊都是十幾分鐘的路程，有免費停車位，24小時的保安設施。早餐選擇有sourdough、當地娘惹風味的料理、還有熱騰騰的煎蛋和麵食區，每天都吃得飽飽的！

羅莎酒店工業風設計，紅磚牆別具特色，房間比較寬敞、整潔，早餐也不錯，離聖地亞哥城堡、獨立宣言紀念館、聖地亞哥城堡、荷蘭鐘樓和紅屋、馬六甲河、蘇丹皇宮都不遠，酒店服務人員態度不錯。

The good stuff: • Loved the décor – chic, modern, and super Instagrammable. • Hot showers = always a win. • The bed was firm (hard) but surprisingly comfy, slept like a rock. • Rooftop view is awesome, you can actually chill and see Malacca from up there • Staff were quick to respond whenever I needed something. • Location is spot on, just a short hop to the main tourist spots. The not-so-great: • Food variety is meh. The chicken rendang tasted awful. Thank goodness for the sourdough, chia seeds, and fruits, which saved the day. • Gym was a bit of a joke – dumbbells only up to 10kg and the two yoga mats looked like someone rode a dirt bike on it. Could definitely use some love and better equipment. Overall: Cute hotel with style, great vibes, and solid service. Perfect for photos and exploring Malacca, just don’t come expecting a fitness retreat or gourmet feast.

朝食はマレーシア料理を含め種類豊富で、とても美味しかったです。ロケーションは徒歩圏內に行ける場所は少ないですが、Grabでの移動を前提に計畫すると快適に過ごせます。內裝はおしゃれで、館內にはインスタ映えするスポットがたくさん！バスルームや部屋、ロビーも清潔感があり、快適でした。スタッフの方々も丁寧な接客で、滯在中とても居心地よく過ごせました。

羅莎酒店的整體體驗還是不錯的，值得好評。酒店的設計很有復古感，裝修風格很有特色，整體看起來很漂亮。我們訂的家庭房，房間條件尚可，床也比較柔軟。酒店的工作人員，包括保安在內，都特別友好且負責任，服務態度讓人滿意。另外，酒店的咖啡很好喝，是個小驚喜。不過也有一些明顯的不足。我們訂的是帶早餐的房間，但早餐品種比較少，孩子們這兩天基本沒怎麼吃，感覺有些浪費，畢竟帶早餐和不帶早餐的價格是有差異的。此外，在入住的兩天裡，服務員沒有主動進來打掃房間，直到後來我們回來發現衞生間實在臟亂，主動喊了服務員才過來打掃。另外需要説明的是，我們在吉隆坡住的Alila Bangsar Kuala Lumpur（吉隆坡阿麗孟莎酒店，五星級，還是米其林推薦酒店），和這家羅莎酒店都是提前半個月預訂的，而且行程是連續的——先住吉隆坡的酒店，緊接著就到馬六甲入住這家羅莎酒店，所以完全不存在因預訂時間、時效不同而導致的價格差異，兩者無論帶不帶早餐，價格基本持平。但對比下來，差距很明顯：那邊的早餐要豐富很多，每層樓還設有茶水和小吃；服務員每天都會主動打掃房間、更換洗漱用品，服務細節更到位。所以綜合來看，羅莎酒店作為主打設計感的酒店，價格優勢明顯弱了些，性價比也顯得一般。畢竟馬六甲的地理位置本就和吉隆坡有差距，再加上對方是五星級且獲米其林推薦的酒店，在硬件設施（如泳池、房間大小、洗漱用品等）和服務上都更優，兩者確實沒有太多可比性。

I had a truly wonderful experience during my 2-night stay at Rosa Malacca. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they went out of their way to ensure I felt right at home. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I appreciated the thoughtful touches and the cozy ambiance that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept like a dream both nights. Overall, I was really impressed with the level of customer service and attention to detail. The staff genuinely care about their guests' experience, and it shows in every interaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rosa Malacca to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Melaka. Looking forward to returning!

環境優美，很羅曼蒂克，也很安靜，距離荷蘭紅屋不太遠。最值得誇獎的是服務真的很周到，早餐也不錯，服務員很帥氣。可以坐在一樓喝喝咖啡，想想心事，聊聊天。
