The hotel pillow is so keruh to the max, smelly, with hairs and there is blood stain on the bed. Air con not cold. Headboard dusty. Towels is so black and with holes. Not worth the value.

Bilik first yg kami booking ni sgt teruk ya. Katil single. Plug point rosak, tingkap tak berkunci (selak tingkap dh patah xtau siapa buat) and aircond leaking menitik2, ada bau kurang menyenangkan. Toilet nya kotor. Lepas suami suruh tukar bilik lain, baru okay. Kami dpt bilik lg luas, aircond ok, plug point berfungsi dgn baik, ade ruang solat yg proper cuma toilet sgt kotor. Hrp blh diperbaiki lps ni ya.

The hotel was conveniently located and generally clean. Staff were polite but not very attentive. Room was comfortable but a bit outdated. Wi-Fi was spotty and housekeeping missed our room once. Breakfast was okay but limited in variety. Overall, a decent stay, but there’s room for improvement.
