It was a great stay. I book for Executive King Room, overall i was satisfied with overall experience. To improve: 1. Need hooks for hanger 2. Need at least 2 prayer mat for couples/family because we tend to pray jemaah together 3. I think need to upgrade aircond. A bit noisy. My husband request to change other room bcs the first one very noisy. 4. Food taste is good, it just that i dont like when it mix the bihun goreng and mee goreng together and they name it “fried noodle” hayya. 5. Lack of drink choices. They only serve coffe tea and orange cordial. End up i just drink plain water 😮💨 All in all service was good, i like it. The staff also very friendly, i bring mangosteen to the hotel from my kampung, but cannot bring inside room, then the staff offer to put in on lobby counter. I will likely choose here again to stay when i come to Melaka. Thanks ☺️

1stly, Google map can't locate this hotel 😡 I had to make an idd call and was told by receptionist that I had to key in MAC hotel and La Boss is opposite this hotel 😂. Biggest joke of the 訂房網站. Booked this cheaper room, as we only need to sleep the night n set sail early next morning. Went into room and went to use the washroom, I got a shock 😲 🤬. The toilet bowl has faeces all over and couldn't be removed when I used the rinser too. It was gross to even to look at. Open the tap at wash basin and it was not choked to the max. No towels were given. Toiletteries were all ¾ used, obviously they didn't even bother to change when previous guest checked out. Went down to reception to complaint and I got a rude answer that they will replace me a new room, without even saying sorry or any checking. I showed her the photos of the condition of the room, she didn't even blink an eye, as it it is the norm for La Boss. Never will I ever step into this hotel, even they pay me to.

The male receptionist with the hand cast was very dishonest in miscalculating the tourism and heritage. He charged us R$24 instead of only R$6. Thank goodness I went to see the breakdown receipt that 訂房網站.com and realised that the tourism tax has been paid. He just need to collect the R$6 heritage tax.

Harga hotel agak affordable. Terletak di tengah bandar Melaka. Senang nak pergi ke mana mana. Breakfast disediakan so tak pening fikir nak makan di mana pagi tu. Orang agak ramai jadi ada makanan yang dah habis macam roti. Overall ok la semuanya.

Hotel yang berpatutan! bilik bersih, bathroom pun bersih, cuma toilet tu tk bersih sbb ada stain yg susah hilang. breakfast tk harapkan yg dabomb pon sbb harga hotel pun biasa punya, tapi bolehlah buffet dia, ada nasi goreng, bihun, roti, bubur, sayur, potato, buah.

The aircon was not cold. Informed front desk but was told to just adjust thermostat. Didn’t work. We were perspiring in the room. Only 5 TV channels & even though there’s free wifi but connection was very poor. Bathroom was not very clean with stains on the floor & toilet seat. The only consolation was the rain shower. It worked well. Breakfast was really terrible. Bread was served with only margarine. They had baked beans & potatoes but no eggs to go with them. Fried noodles were bland & nasi lemak tasted like normal white rice. Overall very disappointing stay at this hotel so not recommended.

Hotel staff on duty without proper uniform. Toilet door lock broken. Poor breakfast ~ Serve with cold meal. Need to upgrade and renovation.
