Avoid Hotel Birkin International if you expect true 5-star standards. My stay was full of disappointments that clearly show this hotel is not worth the price. The lifts are painfully slow, often taking up to 10 minutes and stopping at every floor. Room service was just as inefficient, taking 40 minutes for simple requests, while basic amenities were poorly handled — half-empty body wash, only one toilet roll, and repeated requests (over five times) just to get bottled water. Even the bottles themselves were of such bad quality that many couldn’t be opened. Breakfast was another letdown. There weren’t enough bowls and mugs, guests were split into a banquet hall to share tables with strangers, and the food was neither well-presented nor refilled on time. Service across the board was unprofessional. There is 1 night receptionist refused to help with a wine request, while QR customer service later resolved it, showing poor training. To make matters worse, I even found a cockroach on the balcony at night. For a hotel that claims 5 stars, Birkin delivers far below expectations in service, facilities, and cleanliness. Until serious improvements are made, travelers are better off looking elsewhere for a true 5-star experience.

優點：酒店是新建的，都很新，房間簡約大氣，有陽台，可以看到馬六甲海峽。游泳池很好，可以看日落。九百多的價格，值得在泳池的日落上，如果下雨天或陰天，看不到日落的話，這價格就不值得住了。 缺點：1、最大的缺點在入住服務上，訂單上包含了旅遊稅10RB（馬幣），入住的時候又讓交，打訂房網站投訴，溝通交流一個小時後不需要交了。誰知道，退房的時候又要求交這個10RB的旅遊稅才能退房！錢是不多，但是，這個費用交過了為什麼總是讓交！一直在浪費時間！2、附近沒有什麼好吃好玩的，比較偏，要去景點和中心區必須打車（自駕租車的可以忽略） 如果不是因為那個游泳池的日落比較好看，估計沒有什麼值得訂這裡住了！

這是一家服務跟不上這麼貴的價格的酒店，五星級酒店的價格，但是管理太混亂了，什麼稅什麼稅什麼稅，入住的時候要求交各種稅，退房的時候又要求交各種稅，訂單已經註明交了的稅，到了酒店還要交。 酒店離馬六甲的各個景點都很遠，必須打車出去。附近沒有什麼好玩好吃的，除非是打算呆在酒店裡玩。

Very nice and clean hotel. However, there were hiccups during check in. Check in time indicated is 3pm. We arrived at 4pm but was told that room not ready. Have to wait for 1 hour to get room allocation. So we brought the kids to the hotel’s playground and went back down to the reception 1 hour later only to be told to wait another 20minutes. After waiting for MORE THAN 20 minutes (with no staff at the reception at all) we went to enquire again. Was informed that we will be served next (after the current guest). So we waited again… in total, we waited about 2 hours just to get room keys. By then, our plans were all ruined due to the wait. We did not have time to explore Malacca Town as we have planned as it was a long weekend and we had to leave early the following day to avoid the traffic jam on the highway. All in all, the hotel is nice but the managing of the check in is terrible! 2 hours wasted just like that… if the reception staff informed us that it will take more than 2 hours to get the keys, perhaps we would not have waited at the hotel and proceed to town first. Hope to see improvement in this aspect

Luxury hotel tucked in a quiet area of Malacca with seafront views. 15 mins walk to the beach with small foodstalls around. Friendly and accommodating hotel staff. Overall a great experience.

New and clean hotel with EV charging stations. Hotel room is facing the sea, room has big beds for families. Highly recommended if don't mind driving a bit further for food and stuffs.
