Our experience at Amanjiwa 99R defined five-star transcendence. The Borobudur Pool Suite was an absolute sanctuary. ห้องพักกว้างและสะอาดมากค่ะ เข้าเช็คอินท์เช็คเอ้าท์ง่าย แต่ค่อนข้างไกลจากสถานที่เที่ยว ด้านหลังโรงแรมสามารถเดินเลาะเลียบทางแม่น้ำดูวิวถ่ายรูปได้ค่ะ ถ้าจะไป Jonker street ต้องเรียก Grab ค่ะ ในห้องไม่มีน้ำดื่มให้นะคะ ห้องพักจะอยู่ในโรงแรม The pines ข้อเสียของเราคือ wifi สัญญานแย่มากค่ะ ใช้ไม่ได้เลย

入住時間寫清楚了是三點，但是他們會問你能不能更遲時間入住，我要一直催問表示不滿了才終於可以入住。當我去拿鑰匙的時候同時有另一個租客問我怎麼辦他也一直不被回覆，被拖時間還不能入住。代表這個問題非常嚴重，我覺得這一點讓人感受很不好。後來我們終於可以入住了，但是如圖片一樣看到的就是很不乾淨的房間，角落沒打掃乾淨的灰塵，跌落在床邊的毛巾（都不知道是不是乾淨的），廚房櫃子居然還有外賣垃圾。我詢問派個人來打掃乾淨，結果不被回覆，一直拖到晚上八點多才派一個男人來打掃，但是由於我們是兩個女住客考慮到個人安全問題，所以我們拒絕了打掃。另外剛好我們住的房間廁所門前一直在漏水，不知道是不是冷氣的關係。總之體驗感受很差，有別的選擇還是住別的地方吧。

Hotel under agent (bukan under hotel direct) bilik : Suite with private pool (RM420 per night) pros - murah than under hotel (beza almost 400+) - check in senang if korang explore dari mula, servey based review time check in xyh beratur panjang2 if under hotel. -boleh join breakfast under hotel (RM50 per head-adult) -bilik luas -ada tv,microwave,streka,hair dryer,mini peti ais & almari baju) cons -bilik x bersih (lantai melekit&lantai ada kotor & langsir kotor) -xde toileries (sabun mandi & towel sahaja ada) -parking under agent kena park sebelah bangunan hotel & sehari RM2O!!!! mahal! for me,what you paid it’s you get.. just pls upgrade you cleaness it’s most important. I encountered several issues related to maintenance that significantly impacted my experience. 1) bench chair cushion stain mark and burned fabric very unhygienic 2) poor plastering work with holes due to re- wiring works. 3) leakages lead to wall blistering and peeling. 4) the spare single mattress was left on the floor and uncovered 5) Lack of Toiletries product and it was not label correctly. I believe that basic room maintenance is crucial for a comfortable and pleasant stay, and these issues did not meet the standards. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter and take steps to ensure that your rooms are properly maintained for future guests.

我在網路看了上百條評論，還是有點波折。先說好的，酒店位置很不錯，外面斜對角就有小食堂，路口還有7-11不貴的那種，房間價格很便宜，房間的內部全家都喜歡，樓下大廳工作人很友善，打車很方便，司機都能準確找到你。再來波折的地方，官方聯絡的客服，會回覆輪迴，總不能明確的給你下一步，我是到了酒店，他才給了我要清潔費的付費碼，問題又來了，我沒有這裡的支付方式，詢問了酒店人員（他這就在這家酒店，另外的幾間房間，由私人經營），酒店人員沒有人會中文，他們幫我打給這私營會中文的工作人員，我才取得微信。清潔費我是多方尋求，先是有認識的朋友，幫我付了，如果沒有還要看怎麼個付款。後續有了這人微信，他給我發了信箱號，你取鑰匙，房間門口還要按密碼，我有點笨，警報器都響了，門鎖了，不過一下會好，沒問題。我是自助遊，也全家人做了心裡建設，但還是建議要考慮一下。

Customer service allowed us to checkin slightly earlier and checkout slightly later upon request. Reply by the customer service was quite promptly. However, the owner probably need check on the condition of the toilet seat, it’s a little loose. The WiFi is a bit slow and TV remote control was unable to be located during the stay. Overall hygiene was ok, the parking was expensive in Melaka and not very convenient.

I always liked staying at the pines (by amanjiwa this time.) However this time has proven that the hotel have already way passed their prime. Cleanliness during my stay is terrible. 1. Killed 3 cockroaches in a night, and one of it is on my bed. 2. Raised complain to management, with no response at all. (I saw them typing, and they decided to ignore this issue instead) 3. The toilet is clogged. Literally flooded if bathed a little longer. Amenities wise ; 1. The swimming pool can be seen to be old alrd, and maintained at optimized cost. Considered acceptable. But the heater is no longer running, water is very cold. 2. If staying with amanjiwa, u will not enjoy the services of the hotel. (U pay for what u get) 3. Car park is not under hotel. U need to park walk across the road. (Rm 2.5 per hour, max rm10 per day) if re enter, will charge differently) Overall, I'd say the most disappointing part is how the management decided to just ignore the situation when problem arise.

真的很想連1顆星都不給！沒有住過這樣爛的酒店！ 1）3點check in我們5點到,怎麼知道房間還在收拾中還讓我們在門外等了接近30分鐘！我們已經遲check in了還要等？那如果我們3點+到是要我們等2個小時+？management的人也沒有提早通知我們需要等！ 2）這間酒店好像類似air bnb, management都是不一樣的人，有什麼事櫃枱人員是不能幫忙解決的，需要直接找客服（Whatsapp） 3）這裡的parking fee 不是免費的，需要自己付費！不要去錯停車場 the pines hotel本身的停車場收費很貴！進來不到2個小時RM15！真正讓我們park的地方是在對面棟Jaya99的停車場（Rm10++ per day）停車在對面需要自己走路過來真的是極品👍🏻 雖然不遠可是很麻煩 4）廁所洗手盆是裂的，不影響使用但影響美觀（個人觀點） 5）吹風筒的wayer線是斷開的謹慎使用！ 6）自助check in蠻麻煩的要自己到hotel信箱拿房卡到了那邊還要等management的WhatsApp通知才能知道📬號碼他們要確定你到了酒店才能給不能提前給（打電話不接）馬六甲還有很多平價又好的酒店不想踩雷就不要來這間！
