宏偉水療酒店 (Grandeur Hotel and Spa)

An old hotel that need major upgrades. Pro- Parking is good for our large van and the guy at front desk is friendly. Only the bedsheets are clean and acceptable/comfortable for the price we paid. Con’s - The aircon is noisy and need 10mins to cool down the room, my room window has a small opening that cannot close, musty smell in the room and toilet and also the new towels. It rain the second night and I can hear the rain so loudly knocking into the exterior wall. We stayed 2 nights and apparently if we need cleaning we need to ask. We did not see anyone cleaning. We did ask for new towels on the 2nd day but when we came back in the afternoon all our 4rooms did not have new towels. For sgd40 a night; it’s better to top up sgd $15-$30 and find a better hotel, we will not be back unless major upgrades are done. My friends and I did laugh about our experience. To make the positive out of the negative.

Tmpat strategik tapi tolong la renovate dinding dan bathub. Dinding cover dah tercabut dan bathub tidak berfungsi. Bayar mahal ye untuk 1 malam. Yg lain2 ok je. Kalau boleh sedia kan la pengosok dan jugak air dryer.

I booked Grandeur hotal and spa, but change me to Arabian Signature Hotel! At Arabian hotel heat water and TV not function at all, 3D2N bath with cold water during raining day! Damn bad experiences! Is the 1st also the last! No more next time! VERY DISSAPPOINTED!
