禁止攜帶榴槤、山竹進入飯店。
自 2024 年 10 月 1 日起，Hatten Square 停車場運營商將收取停車費。客房客人可享受每輛車 RM5 的 24 小時特別停車費，每天可多次停車。敬請客人每次離開前在飯店接待處驗證進入時使用的付款卡。
飯店只接受無現金支付，包括信用卡、轉帳、電子錢包（Touch 'n Go、Boost、QR Pay和GrabPay）和在線支付服務。

房間很大，格局分佈很舒適，離各景點都很近 海景房視野很好，22樓的酒吧的視野更贊 早餐很豐富，雖然早餐需要排隊，但是服務生的服務很好，會按人數引導到對應的桌位

房間蠻寬敞的，分為客廳和臥室兩個部分，有獨立的衞生間，當然這是必須的。另外，房子外面有游泳池，有的遊客有充分的時間去游泳，住宿設施就更有價值。環境不錯，衞生也很好，樓下行包房的人很熱情，服務至上、賓至如歸。

Firstly please improve your speed of service for the front desk - too much administrative work and slower then slow. We have to tolerate the unfriendly- unwelcoming- unattentive service level from face to face and also via phone call.  Upon checking in we were shocked with the given room view that facing blocked of walls with left over construction stuff to welcome us!!  After much noises - the duty manager made a recovery to charge us to higher floor better room with a more welcoming city view - thank you for this!!  Our last stay in Hatten Melaka was like more than 5 years ago and this return 訂房網站 the arrangement was totally a huge disappointment!  Please fix your front desk speed and friendliness!

The Twin Room Suite on the 21st floor was very run down. The carpets were filthy and covered with stains everywhere and there was a lingering smell of vomit on the carpet in front of the sofa which I had to use pure essential Peppermint oil to counter. There was debris (insect dropping? See photo) on the sofa when we first checked into the room. The bathroom had a faint unpleasant odour and the shower stall door could not keep in water from so the bathroom floor was semi- flooded each time we took a shower. Hotel breakfast buffet is of decent quality and variety but the coffee is undrinkable. Bed was comfortable and bed linens clean. I think the responses by the hotel's "MarCom" or purported service recovery team appears to be AI generated as the complaints I now read online stretch way back with similar adverse feedback but nothing seems rectified despite platitudes and assurances to do better. Location is however top notch and if you are not a stickler for hygiene then the Hatten Hotel may be OK for you.

Location is more convenient to red square, Cheng he museum, Jonker street and malacca river cruise,etc. with just a few minutes walking. The strait mosque is 5mins cab distance. U can enjoy the sunrise from oneself room. The roof lounge view also fantastic. U can oversee the malacca city and also the strait. The hotel staff is polite and friendly with smile faces always. Fall stalls , convenience shops are surrounding. U can enjoy the local cuisines anytime.

Good location. Cleanliness was fine . Only thing is as we left one of our room card in the room but was taken by the house keeping when they are doing the cleaning. Had to call them and ask them to send us another room card. Breakfast was fine too. Overall recommend.

Repeated stay due to convenient location with shopping malls, eateries and tourist attractions. However the check in experience was bad, wonder where are all the friendly n welcoming front desk staffs? Guests gotta greet them first before they greet guests😂 Used to meet many friendly n smiling FD staffs during my visits to stay at Hatten and even recommended my friends to stay at Hatten. But the standard of proffessionalism seems to drop.🤔My room aircon not cold enough n the room is humid, since only 1 night stay for this 訂房網站, the tiredness n the check in experience puts me off for a room change🙁 Almost slipped n fell in the bathroom due to water leaking to floor after shower. After checking maybe due to old rubber glass door s訂房網站s not covering the full door panel thus causing water to escape😱😤 Despite all above, it is still my first choice n a good clean hotel to stay.😃 Just hope the hotel can go through some renovation to refresh and upgrade the rooms as some counter surface in the bathroom areas are chipped. Hope to see some family rooms with x2 double beds or x1 queen bed with x1 single bed with views too!😃
