10間以上客房的預訂須遵循不同的政策並額外付費。
3A 和 3B 層停車位專供飯店客人使用。所有入住飯店的客人必須在進入這些樓層之前在大堂的接待處登記，以便每次入住收費停車。或者，飯店客人可以免費將車停在 7 樓和 8 樓。 4 至 6 樓停車場完全由 The Shore Shopping Gallery 管理，按小時和按天收費。

A family of 5 adults stayed from Friday to Sunday (3D2N). Pros: 1. Great service attitude from all the hotel staff, especially the facilities intern guy, lift concierge guy, and the front receptionist day shift lady. 2. Good location if you prefer to stay away from the Hatten/Jonker crowds. 3. Good room size and views (we stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment on level 36) Cons: 1. Super slow lift (average waiting time 5 minutes). 2. Faulty door upon check-in. The facilities guy spent about an hour to handle it. 3. TV will always lose the signal. Need to go to the TB settings and do the Digital Auto Tuning. Which will take about 30 minutes. 4. Low shower water pressure (rain shower works slightly better). 5. The apartment has a washer dryer (but is unable to dry completely even with the dryer mode). No rack is available. Clothes hanger can't be removed from cabinet, so one will need to be creative. 6. The apartment has a kitchen but only provided 3 sets of plates and mugs, 5 small bowls (enough to fill a serving of rice). No cooking utensils are available. Working oven, fridge, and water kettle. 7. The hotel is unable to help if you need additional anything (utensils, cutlery, drying rack, etc..). Overall, the stay is okay, but we won't be back. The quality of stay is not worth the price we paid.

Overall, room is good. Pool kids friendly which is recommeded for family staycation. Location is excellent; only took 13mins walking to bandar hilir. Accessible to mall. Has sea, city and river sight seeing. However, very dissapointed with lift service and cafe space. Lifts are very slow. The cafe space is small, we queued about 30mins to get sit.

Staf front desk yang cekap, mesra dan prihatin . Kami booking 2 bilik . 1 bilik untuk saya & isteri & 1 bilik untuk anak2x . Staff berkenaan membantu mencari bilik kami bersebelahan yg mempunyai connection door. Terima kasih. Sarapan semua menu mempunyai rasa tersendiri dan sedap . Iaitu masih kekalkan rasa klasik . Sedap n awesom

Very reasonable price, walking distance to food stall, hotel is situated in the mall, few outlets and restaurants also available in the mall, is convenience for guess. Staff are friendly, only downside is free parking is only available at level 7 & 8 only, so you got to drive up to the multilevel car park. Breakfast is good, coffee maker is provided in the restaurant.

I got room at 38th floor with family n kids that not so convenient. Need to que at breakfast buffet. Room spacious suitable for 3-4 pax. Kids waterpark need to upgrade. Overall ok. Have to wait so long for lift. Toilet wall see through 😅😅😅

Was really happy with our stay at the shore. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast - the nyonya laksa was super tasty. The croissant was excellent with chicken slice, butter and jam. The shower room generally clean. However, some parts of the corners of the shower floor seems to be slimy, it shows that it’s not been scrubbed properly when it was cleaned before we used the unit. Other than that all good.

The worst part of this hotel is the lift. I would suggest parking on the 8th floor, as the lift is faster there. Other than that, we’re happy with the accommodation and hospitality. The price is affordable 👌

環境不好，晚上睡覺空調噪音很大，早餐品種不多，洗漱用品不齊全，沖涼把手水管會漏水，（告知前台後有及時修理）。
