這是我這麼多年住酒店的經歷最差的一次。 1、 一進大廳瀰漫著一種莫名的臭味 2、 開門方式還是幾十年前的，用鑰匙開門，不是刷卡進入。一開始一直打不開門，我又重新去前台詢問如何開門才得到答案。 3、 下訂單明確的是大床房，可實際卻是雙床房。 4、 酒店wifi非常弱，經常連接不上。 5、 房間對面就是一個飯店，廚房的排風扇聲音特別大，一直到很晚還很吵。 6、 早餐應該是7點開始，7點半過去一點動靜都沒有，問前台居然説是8點半才開始。我指著張貼的公告和他説上面寫的是7點開始，他就是一直堅持8點半。 7、 早餐非常非常簡陋，是我吃過的最簡陋的酒店早餐。 This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all these years. 1. As soon as I entered the lobby, there was an inexplicable stench. 2. The way to open the door was still the old-fashioned way from decades ago, using a key instead of a card. At first, I couldn't open the door and had to go back to the front desk to ask how to do it. 3. I had ordered a king-size bed room, but what I got was a twin bed room. 4. The hotel's Wi-Fi was very weak and often disconnected. 5. Right across from the room was a restaurant, and the sound of the kitchen's exhaust fan was extremely loud, still very noisy until late at night. 6. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7 o'clock. When I went there at 7:30, there was no sign of it starting. I asked the front desk, and they insisted that it started at 8:30. I pointed to the posted notice and told them it said 7 o'clock, but they just wouldn't budge. 7. The breakfast was extremely simple, the most basic hotel breakfast I've ever had.

The hotel is located on the main road Jalan M Raya 24, Melaka Raya, Melaka. The room is clean and tidy. The room without a window. Airconditioning is cold. The staff at the hotel are helpful and friendly. Parking not provided by the hotel.

服務枱衹有一位外勞照看，check in 後發覺廁所燈壞了，洗臉盆漏水，房間紙巾衹有3張，冷氣機電池沒了，無法調整所需溫度，感覺不大好。
