馬六甲假日酒店 (Holiday Inn MELAKA by IHG)

非常差的一次入住，中國人避坑。預訂了兩間標準雙床房，實際體驗與 Holiday Inn 國內假日酒店的標準差距很大，等同於七天和如家，是我們這次旅行住得最差的一家酒店。 1.最讓我無法接受的，是辦理入住時前台對中國遊客明顯不同的態度。給我們辦理入住的是一位微胖的印度裔女性前台。整個過程中不正眼看，基本都是斜視，臉上的輕視和不耐煩非常明顯。就在我們前面她給白人辦理入住時滿臉媚笑笑。可能是高種性的印度裔習慣了高人一等，當然白人除外…。對中國遊客的歧視，我親眼看到的兩種截然不同的服務態度。 2. 一間房有嚴重的衞生問題，充斥著非常濃烈、嗆人的香水味，甚至嗆得人咳嗽；還留著一張加床，看起來像上一批客人使用後沒有撤走。床鋪上的被褥有血漬。這已經不是酒店新舊的問題，而是最基本的衞生問題。另一間房則明顯發臭，衞生間也不乾淨。 3.房間不少設施損壞或維護不到位，吹風機功率小到幾乎無法正常使用。 4.另外預訂頁面明確標註提供中文前台服務，但實際入住期間，整家酒店我沒有遇到一個會説中文的工作人員，我看到的工作人員幾乎全部都是印度裔，中文服務實際並不存在。 5.我有照片記錄房間、未撤走的加床、正常床鋪上的血漬被褥、衞生間以及多處設施問題。我可以接受酒店舊一點、房間普通一點，但基本衞生和正常的服務態度不能沒有。 6.前台區別對待、房間異味、血漬床品、衞生差、設施維護差，無中文前台，這些問題集中出現在一次入住中，無法接受。最低評價，不會再住，也不推薦中國遊客入住。 附英文評價： Extremely Poor Stay — Chinese Travelers Should Avoid This Hotel We booked two Standard Twin Rooms, but the actual experience was far below the standard of Holiday Inn hotels we have stayed at in China. The overall quality was closer to budget hotel chains such as 7 Days Inn or Home Inn. This was the worst hotel we stayed at during our 訂房網站. 1. What I found most unacceptable was the clearly different attitude of the front-desk staff toward Chinese guests.The person who checked us in was a slightly overweight Indian female staff member. Throughout the process, she barely looked at us directly and mostly gave us sideways looks. Her facial expressions showed obvious impatience and contempt. Immediately before us, however, she had been all smiles and extremely friendly when checking in a white guest. The contrast was striking. Perhaps this sense of superiority has something to do with caste mentality — except, apparently, when dealing with white guests. As a Chinese traveler, I personally experienced this as discriminatory treatment. I witnessed the two completely different attitudes with my own eyes. 2. One of the rooms had serious hygiene problems.It was filled with an extremely strong, choking perfume smell, so intense that it actually made us cough. There was also an extra bed still left in the room, which looked as though it had not been removed after the previous guests. The bedding on the regular bed had visible blood stains. This is no longer a question of whether the hotel is old; it is a basic hygiene issue. The other room had a noticeable foul odor, and the bathroom was also dirty. 3. Many facilities in the rooms were damaged or poorly maintained.Even the hair dryer was so underpowered that it was barely usable. 4. The booking page clearly stated that Chinese-speaking front-desk service was available.In reality, during our entire stay, I did not encounter a single staff member who could speak Chinese. Almost all of the staff members I saw appeared to be Indian. The advertised Chinese-speaking service simply did not exist during our stay. 5. I have photos documenting the actual.conditions, including the extra bed that had not been removed, the blood-stained bedding on a regular bed, the dirty bathroom, and various poorly maintained facilities. I can accept an older hotel or a basic room, but basic hygiene and a reasonable level of courtesy toward guests are not optional. 6. Different treatment at the front desk,unpleasant room odors, blood-stained bedding, poor hygiene, poorly maintained facilities, and no Chinese-speaking front-desk service despite it being advertised — all of these problems occurred during a single stay. Completely unacceptable. Lowest possible rating. I will never stay here again, and I do not recommend this hotel to Chinese travelers.

酒店位置鄰近海邊，向北走十分鐘到遊船碼頭和荷蘭廣場、再過河就是雞場街；向南到海邊就是海峽清真寺。房間比較大，沒施和衞生都比較好。早餐豐富且檔口都是華人師傅，下午茶性價比非常高（兩人45馬幣）。員工都很友好，前台有一個人會中文。

第一環境很好。第二保安管理交通也很好。 第三停車場位子很大，很方便停車。第四，服務員們態度都很好。也願意搭配房間符合我們的要求。

位置看著不錯，實際上去清真寺和紅廣場路都不太好走。設施有一些欠，比如電梯，等的人心急。早飯還行。服務額沒有啥感受。泳池也還行。價格貴哦，不值。

早餐還行, 地點在海邊挺適中, 房間有點舊,就是大約4星的水平,這價格要求不能太高, 服務員都很有禮貌待人友善,

酒店乾淨衞生，雖然是老酒店了，但是設施維護的很不錯。浴室花灑看起來有些古老，但是水量很大，洗起來很舒服。 房間的海景很美，入住期間去泳池暢泳了一番，非常chill～

房間窗戶外面就是海景，挺喜歡的，但是房子隔音有點差，洗手間內沖涼沒有乾濕分離，做了一個浴缸，是要站浴缸內沖涼，長者的話感覺有點危險

這次入住體驗非常不錯，整體很滿意。酒店乾淨衞生，房間整潔舒適，居住感很好。地理位置十分優越，坐落於海邊，環境優美、視野絕佳。 交通出行特別便利，步行約25分鐘就能到達馬六甲市中心紅場，逛景點、出行都很方便。酒店早餐品類豐富多樣，選擇多、口味好，能滿足日常用餐需求。整體位置、衞生、早餐和交通都很出彩，性價比很高，值得推薦入住。

酒店位置就在市中心，出來city walk 和 shopping 都很方便。我們在馬六甲衹住了一宿，第二天退房直接去雞場街，不遠。

酒店位置很不錯，可以遠眺馬六甲海峽，但出門就是高速，過馬路需要繞行一段。酒店裡沒有兒童樂園，有健身房和泳池，早餐不錯，隔音也不錯，會有旅行團入住，離景點步行可到！客房服務人員很好，飲用水給的有點少。
