前台還算有善的，就是處理速度慢了點，也不太愛理人。保全是個愛聊天的老杯杯，很有趣。老旅館，房間也還可以，就是問題比較多 (應建立清潔SOP)，［1］床單應該是新的(因為有摺痕)，床上發現一長腿毛與一短腿毛，懷疑沒有換床單。但地板算乾淨，我都打赤腳。［2］枕頭床單被單有洗不掉的汙漬，這不算髒汙我算是可以接受的。［3］沐浴乳擠不出來。（我把他打開，在上面用多張衛生紙代替塞子，把沐浴乳的空氣孔堵住，不讓空氣跑出來，這樣才擠得出來）［4］沐浴間的排水孔堵塞，洗澡會積水。（我把排水蓋拿起，裡面很髒，讓水直接流下去）［5］有提供紙筆，問題是鉛筆根本沒有削，不能寫。［6］浴室的抽風機很吵，即是在白天我也得要把電源關掉不抽風。入住時需付押金50元，退房時歸還。另有旅遊稅一天4元。星級約3.5星，以我拿到的價格入住，算是滿意的了。早上(05:50~06:30)有聽到微微的誦經聲，感覺毛毛的，後來想到應該是穆斯林的晨禮時間(Fajr)，就安心多了。有游泳池，但小小的不會想使用。有腳踏車可以租借(沒什麼氣也無法打氣)，押金20元。沿著馬六甲河向出海口騎，沿河可以經過大部分馬六甲景點，還不錯。旅館的位置不算好，但遠離旅遊熱區我反而喜歡。房間看出去的景色不錯。前台早晚都不是華人，但會講簡單的中文。附近吃飯也算方便，酒店對面的小巷穿過去，那邊有很多家餐廳可以吃。也可以去Aeon Mall吃比較好的餐廳。下次來馬六甲，我應該還是會住這邊。

Overall, in term of cleanliness of the room, the parking, the staff — i love it! A lot of space for parking, staff is friendly. But the bathroom — especially near the shower area, tends to pool when I shower. The size of the room is not that big but it was okay for us three. Surely can repeat :)

I expected more from a hotel that claims to be 4 stars. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the rating. • Air-conditioning in the room was not cold at all, making it uncomfortable, especially during hot weather. • Front desk staff did not greet us upon arrival — no smiles or basic hospitality. It felt very cold and unwelcoming. • The swimming pool area was poorly managed — no lifeguard or staff present to monitor guests or children. Safety was a real concern, and there was no sense of order or assistance at the pool. • Service overall was lacking throughout the stay. • We had already informed the front desk early in the morning that we would check out at 12:30 pm. The staff acknowledged it. But at 12:25 pm, we received a call asking if we wanted to extend our stay for another night. This was unnecessary and felt pushy — not professional at all. Overall, the stay did not feel like a 4-star experience from check-in to check-out. I would rate it 3 stars at most. There’s definitely room for improvement in customer service, communication, and facility management.

Not recommended. Counter staffs not friendly at all. Check in shown proof of paid tourism tax but insist not yet pay, collect again for 2nights stay at RM10 per night . Total paid RM20. Did not tidy room although ask for housekeeping. Poor service. Breakfast choice very limited.

Not a bad place to stay,near town just said around 25mins walk if u know the short cut around.staffs,security officer friendly n service render good.there's food court to the left of the hotel n foods good n reasonable n more foods just opposite site too.

Overall the hotel is clean, staff is friendly but there is some comments, the housekeeping need to improved and dirt still can see everywhere, electrical kettle bottom are rusty and even change a few times still same condition, thanks.
