大致上還行，就是有點久，餐椅、桌子、傢俱、床都很久。 地點方便，走路出來就有很多餐廳。 酒店設施有小孩遊樂場，泳池，運動房.

Extremely Disappointing Stay. Not Recommended. I travel very frequently and have stayed in many hotels and homestays through Agoda and *********** over the years, but this was honestly one of the worst experiences I have had. The unit was badly maintained, smelly, uncomfortable, and looked very different from what I expected. The smell from the kitchen and toilets was terrible the moment we entered. The flooring was damaged, the overall cleanliness was poor, and the entire place felt neglected and poorly cared for. Even the air-conditioning kept resetting itself and was uncomfortable throughout the stay. I immediately contacted the operator with photos and explained the issues politely. Unfortunately, there was little empathy or concern shown towards us as customers. They simply informed us they could not change the unit because it was “fully booked,” without offering any meaningful solution. What disappointed me even more was the lack of responsibility and communication from the operator. 訂房網站 was trying to contact them through calls and emails, but according to 訂房網站, they were unable to reach the property properly. It was frustrating because the operator could reply to me directly on WhatsApp, yet apparently ignored 訂房網站’s attempts to resolve the situation. Thankfully, 訂房網站 handled the situation professionally and kept following up to assist me. I appreciate their effort and customer service. The issue here was entirely with the property management and the poor condition of the unit. Honestly, I could not wait to leave the place. I even felt relieved that I only booked 2 nights instead of extending for 5 nights as originally planned. This place seriously needs better maintenance, cleanliness standards, and more responsible customer service. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was truly disappointing. Definitely not recommended.

Had a great stay at The Waves Suite Melaka! The place was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. The room was cosy and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and other places in Melaka. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and the host was friendly, helpful, and responsive. The facilities were good and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and really enjoyed our stay here. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Melaka. Would happily come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
