We had a terrible experience staying at this place. The room itself was acceptable. Not much complains. However , the first thing we noticed was we were required to pay a deposit of RM200 after we have fully paid the room fees of RM130 ++. This was NEVER mentioned in the website. It was mentioned only after we requested for the keys. So, no deposit - no key card to enter. The parking and lifts are the scariest i have ever experienced. Please note - this place git no human beings to assist you. ALL through Wasapp communication. ALL automated response. Getting your card out of the safety box is a hassale. There is NO reception. The ground floor looks absolutely terrible and uninviting. DO NOT BRING your family or friends here. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Floor was dirty and bedsheets had a weird smell. Owner was quick to send a cleaner to help upon request but I feel it should have been done before check in.
