    Bad experience!! First time booking this through agency. Check in time provided 3pm, but delayed until 5pm. I called many times and the operator said the room has not been done cleaning yet due to peak season. Should tell us earlier, wasting my time. Next time better book a hotel instead of this type of premium suite through agents.
