The dish rack has some rust—consider replacing it for better durability. 3. The TV doesn’t support screen mirroring, and the pre-installed apps (like Netflix and YouTube) aren’t functioning. A smart TV upgrade would be a great improvement. 4. The bed is quite soft—some guests might prefer a firmer mattress. 5. The furniture, fittings, and floor tiles show some wear and could use a refresh. 6. The mailbox lock numbers are quite small, which may be challenging for those with vision difficulties. 7. There’s a lingering durian scent in the refrigerator—perhaps a deep clean or odor absorber could help.

Penthouse at Silverscape Residence Checked in on Friday, 19 June 2026. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. We wasted almost an entire day on the first day settling room-related issues and cockroaches in the room.. The swimming pool had been closed for maintenance since 5 June 2026, but this was not communicated to us before check-in. Had we known earlier, we could have made a more informed decision. In addition, the TV was not working upon arrival and was only fixed at around 12:30 a.m. Even after it was repaired, the only available option was YouTube, with no other TV channels provided. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this property. 1. TV not working 2. Mirror Crack 3. Dinning chair has hole 4. side table never clean with stain 5. Bathtub cannot drain water 6. Swimming pool under maintenance since 5th June and only was inform at the last minutes. 7. waited for housekeeping settle TV until we can’t do anything.. And still not settle 8. Plan ruin to swim at apartment swimming pool. 9. Family was super disappointed and no mood the whole day 10. Has to find a water theme park which add extra cost for 6 kids that we promised to swim in the apartment 11. Room has cockroaches..

We stayed here for 5 days & 4 nights. Great sea view from the balcony. Provided 2 free car park.

Nice condo with nice view facing Straight of Malacca. Cheap and clean, no complaints.

All good, very clean, comfortable for families and affordable too.. i will definitely come back and stay here again..

The house is dirty especially the toilet and floor, the lift facilities is poor, low maintained...
