本次馬來西亞旅遊最滿意的酒店！（kl住four pionts，ipoh住ac）。我自己就是dusit酒店的粉絲，在曼谷我都住dusit d2。這次看到馬六甲有dusit酒店，馬上就訂了。酒店有免費停車場，出去前在前台登記就可以了。房間比曼谷的d2大。房間能遠眺馬六甲海峽。走路去雞場街約15分鐘，打車去監獄博物館5分鐘。特別點贊前台的Isabelle小姐姐，小姐姐是印裔，但是華語（普通話）説得太好了，服務態度也是一流！早餐很棒，有小哥哥幫忙做鮮榨果汁！有一晚我們在二樓的龍鳳餐廳用餐，味道非常好！環境也是一流！下次我會繼續入住dusit集團的酒店。同發google map

We booked for deluxe 2 singles for 3d2n. We are delighted to be served ice tea tarik for the welcome drink and self serve for kuih bahulu. Our room are facing seaview and melaka town. The room was clean and we loved the comfortable bed. However we noticed that the aircon cannot be adjusted. It was at 25c when we checked in. The cool was fine. But at night we feel hot like it was set at 28-29c. We were too tired to check on the aircon and slept feeling stuffy. So we assumed that our second night will be better. But the aircon was also same at the middle of the night. The room was stuffy. I have to on my portable fan to sleep. This is sad for a 4-5 star hotel. Hope the hotel management can look into this. We stayed at room 1319. We enjoyed the breakfast but due to some program, the cafe was crowded and we can hardly walk to our table. Location wise is abit far to Bandar hilir. You need to grab or walk around 12-15mins. Overall we will consider to stay here again.

酒店係一間翻新過既酒店，不過整體都翻新得唔錯，都好乾淨，同埋員工都好友善。酒店泳池有個小滑梯，好適合一家人帶小朋友來玩。另外酒店早餐都好唔錯，好多選擇。下次有機會再到馬六甲，應該會選擇依間酒店！

The check-in process took far too long, which was frustrating. On top of that, another guest even knocked on our door, claiming that the room had been assigned to them as well. This was quite uncomfortable and confusing. Overall, I think the hotel needs to improve its service and organization, especially during the check-in process.

酒店地理位置優越，房間可以看見馬六甲河，距離馬六甲各景點都非常近，順著馬六甲河漫步就可達雞場街，沿河漫步非常愜意，酒店早餐不錯，泳池很大，泳池景色優美。

A nice touch during check-in is the bite-sized traditional cake on Reception Counter, that you can help yourself to. The room was spacious with good view. However, there was technical issue with the exit gantry when driving out. We'd dutifully informed car number to Front Desk, they keyed the number into their system but the exit gantry wouldn't open and the security guard who came over had no initiative.

Room was cozy and clean! Had the view of thr river bend! Lights up at night was a pretty sight to add on to the stay.. only downside were that the pillows were too soft. Breakfast catered was with great selections and staffs were friendly and polite, going around offering fresh fried noodles, toast,juices, etc. Pool was well maintained and look very clean!

優點；酒店員工非常熱情有禮貌，樂於助人。2.地點不錯，離景點不遠。旁邊吃的很多，大排檔和餐廳都有。有個出名的娘惹餐廳就在門口，要預訂。3.喜歡遊戲池，非常乾淨，景色不錯。缺點：1.預訂時以為是新酒店，結果是個非常古老的酒店，衹是剛換了酒店管理公司。設施很舊了。尤其是衞生間，下水道都不暢，接縫處有黴點了。空調很給力，但噪音大。2.住四晚，下了兩個訂單，入住時找不到另一個訂單。住了兩晚，又打電話來，又找不到續住訂單了，暈。3.酒店系統不行，房間的WiFi衹能登錄一個人，另一個人要打電話去要密碼，WiFi有時會斷，心塞。

優點：1.員工非常非常friendly,每個看到我們，都會熱情打招呼，門口的行李員超級好，每次都幫忙開門。2.游泳池不錯，乾淨，就是晚上7點就關了。3.地點不錯，房間能看到馬六甲河，走去景點不遠。缺點：1.預訂是看酒店介紹，新開酒店才去預訂。到了才發現是個非常古早味的酒店，衹是剛換了酒店管理公司，所以是所謂的“新”酒店，感覺被騙了。房間設施非常老舊，面盆和淋浴間下水道不通，經常積水。空調噪音很大，還漏了一地水。心塞。2. 要求安排安靜的房間，結果在電梯隔壁，人來人往，很吵。想換房間，住了四個晚上，酒也沒法安排好一些的房間。

房間乾淨衞生，而且很寬敞，配套設施齊全，前台服務也很好。我這次預訂的房間是帶早餐的，早餐超級豐盛，主要有馬來菜，西餐，還有水果，水果新鮮，菜品味道都很好，除了水煮菜沒有什麼味道，但是對於我預訂的價格來説已經是超預期了。到雞場街也很近，走路十幾分鍾吧。
